Let Color Be Your Daily Inspiration
We can use colors to help us in daily growth. Applying different colors can create significant shifts in our everyday life. Having colors in our life can help us to see how we can achieve are personal goals.
Green is gives us balance from our head to our heart. It offers us a more positive outlook in life.
Blue gives us a strong sense of right and wrong. It empowers us to make better judgments and smarter decisions. It also teaches is not to overreact to many things in life.

The Pentacle – Ancient Magical Symbol
Possibly no other spiritual or religious icon in our culture is as misunderstood as the pentacle, or five-pointed star. Many people automatically believe the pentacle is connected to some form of darkness, evil or satanic worship. This could not be further from the truth.
Along with its powerful symbolism in Wicca and other pagan traditions, the pentacle also has roots in Christian and Jewish mysticism, as well as Native American religion.
Over the centuries the symbol has taken on many meanings. Its most lasting symbolism, however, is that of the five classical elements: Earth, Fire, Air, and Water, with Spirit at its head. Continue reading
My Favorite Healing ‘Crystals’ – Part 1
I absolutely love crystals. Some people may call them “stones” or “rocks”, I call them “healing crystals“. Anyone who collects them for metaphysical purposes will often refer to them as such.
Crystals all have a vibration and discharge energy. Quartz Crystal, for example, are used to power wrist watches and I’m sure many other devices.
Tourmaline is wonderful as its absorbs Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMF). I use them in making grids for protection from negative people and electric pollution. I will explore Tourmaline further in another blog post.
My very favorite healing crystal is called “Tiger’s Eye.” Tiger’s Eyes is used to open the Third Eye, when doing healing on the body and also used when doing a chakra cleansing. The Zodiac sign that it gravitates to is Leo and Capricorn. Continue reading
Aura Reading Made Easy
Every living thing has an aura: a surrounding light of a specific color or colors. If you’ve never discovered your own aura, or that of a friend or loved one, it’s easy to learn to read auras.
The first step is to put your mind at ease. Try meditation techniques or simply breathing deeply. You may wish to begin your practice on yourself, by looking in a mirror, or else a plant or pet (if your pet will sit still!)
Choose a well-lit room; white light is best for the exercise. Let your eyes travel over the subject and go slowly out of focus. The first thing you are likely to see is the inner aura, which appears as a slight outline usually around the head and shoulders. Once you are comfortable with this first step, practice expanding your sight. You will start to see other colors beyond the white rings. They may be faint at first, but don’t worry. Continue reading
If I Were You And You Were Me
If I were you and you were me, what do you think it is would you see? Would you see my life, my losses, my sadness, my fears? Or would you see my happiness, my joys, my passions, and my purpose? If I were you, would I see the same? Would I feel your pain? Would I feel your hopes?
We all have the amazing gift, every day if we choose to, to walk in the shoes of another and feel what that is like. As a psychic reader I do that with my clients here at Psychic Access.
As a person it is up to me whether or not I choose to look at another and feel what it might be like to be them. True empathy comes from within, but it radiates around you if you allow it to, bringing people into its glow. Empathy, painful as it can be sometimes, also brings great joys with it. Your Mental Garden
Our minds are like soil. We are constantly planting seeds of thought. If you could walk through your ‘mental garden’, what would you see growing there?
When I meditate early in the morning, I try and focus on a color to bring me to a quiet, relaxed state of mind. Today, I was thinking of the color green. I wanted to take a look at my inner garden, and nurture and fertilize it, and maybe do some weeding.
Walking through my garden, I asked that God help me to recognize my talents and abilities – those that I possibly never considered before. Maybe I can plant these new seeds f goodness, and continue to fertilize the ones that are already fruitful in my life. At the same time I will also be weeding out any bad seeds – the thoughts that are growing there that are not serving me or my highest good. Continue reading
