Lessons From The Wisdom Of Children
We can learn a lot from children, when we look at things from their perspective. There are five special little ones in my life: three granddaughters and two grandsons, who range in ages from 6 years to 1 month.
Many women in my age group, known as the Baby Boomers, were so busy trying to get a career going, as well as have a family. We thought we could do it all, but we missed many of the little things that our children had to teach us. I was not immune to this.
Now that I have grandchildren in my life, and I have the ability to take the time to see things differently, I have learned many life lessons.
Lesson 1 – Count Your Blessings
This past weekend, I had my two year old granddaughter here for the weekend. She has been diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis and has a variety of medicines that she is taking. I am so sad when I watch this young child suffer needlessly, because of a disease that she should never have had in her life. She can be happy and running one minute, and then stopped in her tracks and unable to get up the next. Continue reading
Connecting Spiritual Love With Sexual Energy
I have been teaching White Tantric Yoga for 15 years. The premise of White Tantric Yoga, is to unite two people together. It is also designed to connect each person the to the Divine, as well as to connect each individual’s sexuality to their spirituality.
Our sexuality is linked to the second chakra. The color is orange. It is located just below the navel point. It is also connected to our creativity. If you are a dancer, an artist, a musician, or a poet, this is where that vibrant creative energy comes from. If there is any sexual trauma in this area, it can block creative energy, block the ability to connect your sexuality and your spirituality, created physical issues with the sex organs and can create depression and anxiety. Gemini – Two For The Price Of One!
The glyph for those born under a Gemini Sun, between May 21 and June 21, is the Roman numeral for the number 2. The Twins. Like their symbol, Gemini tends to have more than one side to their personality. They may have a public persona, and an entirely different private side seen only by their closest friends and confidantes.
Many Geminis are excellent communicators and love to talk. This comes as no surprise, since their planetary ruler is Mercury, the messenger. Taurus – That’s No Bull!

Archangel Michael, considered by some as being the most powerful and greatest of all God’s Angels, serves us on the first day of the week. Why not spend a few minutes with him every Sunday, particularly if you feel the need to be shielded from any form of negativity, and so remain strong, confident and courageous. Using Stones To Heal – Agates
Crystals and gemstones have been used by almost every culture for healing and mystical purposes. They amplify the user’s vibration and bring to the healing practice their own energy and symbolism.
I used to live by a beach that was covered in agates. I collected them and revered them, somehow instinctively connecting to their magic at an early age. Years later I began using a large variety of agates in my healing practice.
Black or Banded Agate. This agate helps to center the first chakra. It is a great stone for combating anxiety and to ground the physical body. Use this stone for self control, physical energy, grounding, and resilience. Continue reading
Love Is The Glue That Binds Us
I have been asked many times by my clients, and those that know of my gifts, if the people they love are still able to connect with them after they transfer over to the spirit realm. My answer is always “of course!”
When you love someone there is a cord that connects you and that person for all of eternity. That love never goes away. It is always there and it is what makes it possible for us to connect in the dream state with those on the others side. We can connect with our loved ones in the weighted down material realm also, but in the astral realm or dream state it is so much easier. All we have to do is set an intention.
For example, before we go to sleep we may say, “I really want to connect with Grandpa tonight and have a conversation by way of telepathy.” Those of us that have had visitations are already well aware that when we communicate with our loved ones this way it is always through energetic thought transference, and not with actual speech. The communications is clear, fast and seems almost more real then communication in the physical, material realm. Continue reading
