The Blind Lady Who Looked At Pictures
An old friend of mine, who I have not heard from in a long time, called me recently and left a message on my voice mail to call him back. When I checked my messages I was surprised to hear from him after so many years.
I asked him how he got my number, since I have not talked to him for so long. Apparently he ran into my brother John at the gas station and asked him for my number. We made some small talk at first, and then told me he had some sad news – Sharon had passed away.
Sharon is my cousin and I was very shocked to hear this! But he quickly realized his mistake and pointed out that it was in fact not my cousin; he was referring to Sharon “the blind lady with the pictures”. Oh man, I have not seen her since my childhood, I exclaimed. Continue reading
Psychic DNA: Nature or Nurture?
It is my belief that psychic ability is an innate talent or gift aimed at a specific Life Calling, while intuition is a highly personal aspect of our inner spiritual guidance system. We all possess our own, natural intuition, whether we are conscious or unconscious of it – but not everyone is psychic.
Natural intuition is highly personal and mostly about taking care of our own personal needs. Psychic ability on the other hand shifts extra sensory perception from the personal sphere into the realm of the impersonal. Intuition is our direct inner guidance from our Divine Self towards achieving our unique Soul Purpose and Life Calling. Psychic ability on the other hand dwells in the realm of the selfless, prophetic and archetypal. Psychics, mediums and healers are channels, messengers, conduits or surrogates, which means that they do not only receive personal inner guidance from their own Divine Self, but they also have the capacity to receive and translate guidance on behalf of their fellow man. These perceptions or messages may come from the other person’s Higher Self, or courtesy of non-physical entities, or from the Divine Source, God, or Collective Unconscious. The Terminology Of Spiritualism
In the study of Spiritualism, there are many words coined to cover conditions and manifestations out of the ordinary. Following are words and definitions of many of them:
1. Mediumship – The ability of human instruments to attune themselves to the vibrations of the spirit people and through peculiar chemical properties of their physical bodies to produce ectoplasm necessary for the manifestation of physical phenomena.
2. Clairvoyance – Clear seeing; soul seeing; lucidity; the ability to see with the spiritual eye those who have made the change called death and to see their names, messages and symbols written out in the ether. Continue reading
Ectoplasm The Basis Of Spirit Manifestation
Ectoplasm is an outer layer of protoplasm; one could say it is an etherealized protoplasm. Protoplasm is the basis of all plant and animal life.
Physical mediumship requires either a superabundance of one of the chemicals contained in protoplasm, or the addition of an unknown chemical built up by spirit power. This substance in its many forms is used as the basis of all physical spirit manifestation.
It forms the body and clothing of a materialized spirit. It is also used in telekinesis and automatic writing. In fact, even the tiniest of spirit raps cannot be produced without the aid of a physical body from which is drawn the necessary ectoplasm.
Spirits, without the use of a material instrument, are powerless to produce a sound or anything that comes into the range of our five physical senses, for they live in a higher range of vibration of which we are unconscious. To produce any form of sound they need ectoplasm. Ectoplasm is the key to how spiritual entities manifest once again in a body that can be seen and even, sometimes, touched. Continue reading
The Angel At Friday Night Football
Friday night football is bigger and better in Ohio. Where I live everybody knows it is the best place to get away from your everyday work and enjoy the sports under the stadium lights.
My wife and I go with my in-laws, my sister in-law and my nephew to every home game where my nieces are performing as cheerleaders. We usually go to the top of the stadium to the far left, as far as we can go for the best possible view.
Last Friday night at the football something happened to me that I never ever thought would happen to me. An angel appeared to me and talked to me. She looked like a human in the flesh.
I often play an ‘astronaut’ game with my nephew at the football game, to try and keep his attention, while I watch the game the same time. Continue reading
Sixth Sense A Link To The Other Side
It is generally accepted that we only have five senses, namely sight, hearing, smell, feeling and tasting. But have you ever wondered about the sixth sense?
Believe or not, we all have six senses. There is the normal five, but each of them has a deeper dimension, which is collectively known as the ‘sixth sense’.

A Bird In The Hand
Being a psychic reader for over thirty years, I am still sometimes surprised by the questions some clients ask me.
A few years back a friend of mine asked me if I could do her a special favor. She had these two birds that were like children to her. They were very sick and she asked me to do a reading on them.
I had never done anything like this and honestly told her so. I did not consider myself a pet psychic at the time. But she insisted. She was very, very concerned about these two birds. The vet called her earlier and told her that he really believed that there was no chance for either of the birds to survive the night. Continue reading
