Voyage Into The Spirit Realms
Every spiritual tradition and belief system has its concept of the world beyond ours: Nirvana, Asgard, Elysium. These are often associated with death and the afterlife, but that is only half the story. The truth is, we can explore these realms even while we are still alive.
Even without the millennia of spiritual tradition to back it up, modern science confirms the existence of many planes of existence. When we experience moments of déjà vu, the sensation of having felt or experienced something before, it’s because we have! Vision Board Magic
I am more and more pleasantly surprised at the number of clients who are making their own vision boards with great success these days. Yet, I still suggest creating a vision board to many customers who feel it is their lot in life to be poor, unhappy, lonely, or cheated on by a partner.
Often people don’t even realize the extent to which they affirm the negative. I find myself cringing, because in essence they are confirming that the things they really don’t want is part of their destiny. So, for starters, I usually ask them to observe their dialogue and to focus on replacing any negatives and ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ with a positive. The Sixth Chakra
The sixth chakra, or Ajna is located at the brow, right between the two physical eyes. It is symbolized by a lotus with two petals.
The animal totem of the sixth chakra is the black antelope or black panther. The musical note that resonates with this chakra is “A”. This is considered the intuition chakra and it is also referred to as the Third Eye.
It rules the sinuses, optic nerve, eyes, forehead and the frontal lobe of the brain. Its corresponding gland is the pineal gland.
The color for this chakra is a deep indigo. Foods to stimulate this chakra include Eggplant, blackberries, red cabbage.
Physically, Ajna deals with vision. Emotionally it deals with clarity on an intuitive level and mentally with visual consciousness. Spiritually it deals with compassion, empathy, foresight and psychic ability. Empaths, mediums, psychics, and intuitives usually have a very developed and open sixth chakra. Continue reading

In our dreams we have visitations from people from our past, glimpses into past lives, moments with loved ones who have crossed over, and even encounters with family members and friends who are still very much alive. In the dream state we can communicate with everyone that we have ever known.
Dreams often reveal messages and insights that we would not have considered or thought of on our own in the awake state. Psychic Development 101
One of the most common misconceptions is that one needs to be “born” psychic to have the gift. The truth is we are all born with unique talents! However, like any other skill, practice is essential to honing and developing our psychic abilities.
There are many different kinds of psychic ability. Being able to discern future events, while usually thought of as a psychic’s bread and butter, is just one of these. For example, certain people may be able to telepathically communicate with animals, predict the weather, or have vivid dreams. If you are in doubt as to what your talent might be, think back to when you were small. Children are more psychically attuned than adults. Can you remember a time when you had a supernatural experience, or even more than one? This may very well be your gift. Connecting To Your Higher Self
Frequently in my readings these days, I feel my clients are fragmented; rather like jigsaw characters. I describe this as being ‘disconnected from the source of their being’. This is a common occurrence lately, as we find ourselves tugged in different directions, striving to multitask, whilst juggling our time and resources. Where did the balance of work, rest, play and sleep go?
We find it hard to accept delays and yet, there are times when we need to be still. Frustration or impatience doesn’t help our desired changes to unfold. That situation we are hoping for, or that person we really want to meet, may not be ready for us just yet. Continue reading
Why Do You Prefer One Psychic Over Another?
I sometimes wonder how it happens that a specific client would decide to pick me to do a reading for them. I have discovered over the years that the reasons vary as much as people’s personalities and their unique circumstances.
The most common reason is that a client will just relate more easily with a certain psychic’s personality. Professional psychics also tend to feel a much stronger connection with some people than with others. The possibilities are endless, the same way we easily relate to some people, while we just do not get along with others.
