Do Unto Others
Do unto others as you have them do unto you. It is also known as the Golden Rule. A simple and wise rule to live by, but something humanity struggles to adhere to.
It is also very close to another age-old axiom, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Again, this sounds easy enough. And what if you are one of those people, as many of us are, who are not in the habit of treating yourself very well at all?
How do you typically treat yourself? Do you like yourself? Do you love yourself? Do you approve, care, and not judge yourself harshly? Are you kind and encouraging to yourself? Or is your internal mental chatter and expression riddled with thoughts like: Continue reading
My Life Would Be Great If Only…
My life would be great if only… I had more money… he would come back to me.. I can find a better job… I can reach my goal weight. How many times have you heard such statements? How many times have you told yourself something like this? Is it truly the answer to lasting happiness? What if there was a way to train your brain to accept life and live your best in the meantime?
As a hypnotherapist, my experience has been that when any suggestion is put into the mind, the subconscious will accept the information, whether it is true or false. Whatever a person chooses to tell themselves enough times becomes their truth. The information becomes a habit to believe the suggestion. Some habits are good and some not so good. A bad habit needs to be replaced with a good one. Continue reading
Daydream Love And Abundance Into Your Life
Have you come to a point in your life where you know that you no longer intend to settle for the way things are in your life? Or are you ready to consider that, perhaps, you actually allowed yourself to accept a less than ideal relationship, or situation? Then, as we head towards a new year, maybe it’s high time for ‘out with the old, and in with the new.’
So often my customers say, “It’s just my luck, I should have known I’d be used again.” Or they believe they will always attract the unavailable ones, the cheaters, or those with addiction problems. When a person’s subconscious is being fed statements such as these, they are taken on board as gospel by our subconscious mind. If we have programmed our subconscious to accept such dialogue, it is what it expects, not just now, but in the future too. Continue reading
Visiting The Other Side
Each and every night, as we go into a sleep state, and every single time we are in a meditative state, lucid or otherwise, we are actually on the Other Side. The power of the mind does not exist only on this earthly plane. We are in realty multidimensional and once we get a grasp on how all this works it can be exciting. We can also learn how to maneuver this phenomenon to greatly enhance any aspect of our existence.
Did you ever take the wrong set of stairs, or got off on the wrong floor? Becoming aware of the Other Side is like going into a gigantic building for the first time. How daunting is that! Although you might know which office you are heading for, you may not know exactly which direction to take. There may be a list of office number on the board, showing exactly who or what is on each floor. But you may not be fully aware of what each service was, or if you do know what each person was qualified to do, you may still not understand the meaning behind each set of professional qualifications. Exploring Your Past Lives
Because the life we’re now living is one of only countless past and future lifetimes our soul will experience, there will be times when we experience the strange sense of déjà vu. We all have those moment when we feel that we’ve been somewhere, seen something, or met someone before, even when that seems impossible. And we probably have!
Although our conscious mind does not remember the events of a past life, our body (in fact, science tells us, our very cells) do remember. This phenomenon can appear in different forms. Some of us may be drawn to a particular culture or language, even if we’ve never been there. For example, you may be American, but feel an affinity for all things Japanese. Perhaps certain smells or tastes will trigger a subconscious past life memory. In this life, we experience only one set of sensory inputs. However, our spiritual selves are feeling, tasting, smelling, and hearing the memories of many former lives. Continue reading
