Living Under The Mushroom?
Are you living under the mushroom? This is not necessarily a bad thing, depending what your expectations are. In order to live in the Light we must make an effort of some kind to come out from under the mushroom. Nothing much grows in the shadows.
Living in the Light? What does that mean? Does it mean we will no longer gossip about the neighbors, focus less on the negative aspects of life, stop finding fault with others, and never expect bad things to happen to us? Probably not.
What “living in the Light” does mean is that we strive to accept and understand the motives of others, and that we allow some leeway when dealing with faulty human beings, especially considering the fact that we are personally also one of those “faulty souls”. Seeking The Utopia Of Home
An old Tom Jones song, The Green, Green, Grass of Home, was playing on the radio this morning. It brought up memories of a past life regression and the country connected to that particular regression. That country never did feel like home.
I did not feel out of place for any particular reason – other than that the energy there never truly resonated with me. Or perhaps I did not resonate with it?
That particular past life regression took place some 20 years ago in Pretoria, South Africa. If I recall correctly, in that particular session we stepped into about six very different lives. The memories remain with me – as real as any recent event. Continue reading
Oranges Are Adventurous Souls
Orange soul colors are one of the most notably vibrant. They are exceptional survivors who frequently have huge emotional issues happening in their lives – not just for themselves, but also for close family members.
At the same time, “oranges” are one of the most daring soul colors in existence. They are adventurous spirits who won’t just go on a safari, but will try to get so close to a wild animal that they could count its teeth.
Oranges love to take risks. They can change course abruptly and love to dive into something they may think is important at the moment. They can at times be challenging to live with, as they like to be on the move and do not care for a quiet, normal existence. A Message Of Hope From Hel’s Pond
A yellow butterfly guided me to Blanke Helle, or “Hel’s Pond” during a recent visit to Berlin, Germany. It darted ahead of me all the way from the bus stop in AlboinStraße, until I reached the entrance to the park where lies forgotten, and hidden from public notice, the ancient pagan site sacred to Hela, or Hel, the Norse-Germanic goddess of death and the underworld.
I have been guided by butterflies on a regular basis over the past two years, since the first one appeared to me at the Temple of Apollo in Delphi, Greece. I was much encouraged by the sudden presence of this golden, magical creature, because it predicted that my visit to this sacred pagan site would be less somber than I had imagined. Yellow butterflies represent rebirth, new life, transformation and resurrection in several cultures. The Irish believe yellow butterflies to be an indicator of the peaceful transition of departed souls. And in Christian tradition yellow butterflies are symbolic of the Christ’s resurrection from death. They are also regarded as a sign of the presence of angels. Prayer is the method we can use to petition our Source or Creator for our own highest good. It is a way for us to communicate what we truly want within our situation, and align ourselves with the highest potential in any given situation.
There are many ways to pray, and one great way to begin a practice of prayer is to use prayers that have already been written down.
The following are three “power prayers” that I use in my own life. I know that anyone who adopts these three prayers as a method for communicating their innate desires to the Divine will find what they seek. Strategies To Manifest Prosperity
Understanding the concept of prosperity is just as important as pursuing prosperity. In the past several years I have had the opportunity to speak to some very wealthy clients. In discussing various topics with these individuals it is very clear that prosperity has nothing to do with the amount of wealth someone holds. Money is certainly an aspect of prosperity, but it does not bring about prosperity. For example, individuals who have sacrificed relationships and freedom for the sake of financial success are not individuals that I would consider prosperous.
Prosperity is not gauged through the amount of money in your bank account, but rather the conditions of your life. I define prosperity this way: it is the ability to find fulfillment in all areas of life. Purples Are Natural Leaders
Purple is a powerful spiritual color that originates from the authoritative plane. What this means for those individuals who have this as their favorite color is that they tend to operate completely from the authoritative self.
This is not to be mistaken as seeming “bossy;” it stems from an inherent understanding of how things should operate in a successful manner, and usually for the common good.
