Wear Your Psychic Protection Daily
I have been getting a lot of calls lately from clients feeling drained by people around them. These energy vampires can be found in their working environment, and among friends or family. In turn, what affects them energetically, also affects their pets.
Only yesterday, I was driving one of our local veterinarians back to her practice in town. I had brought her out to our place in the country to check our latest rescue dog; he is still too nervous to get into the car. She then started telling me, with no prompting from me, how her customers are draining her. She feels that her animal patients are profoundly affected by their owners’ moods. The vet said she takes a few days off intermittently to recharge her batteries – not from the work she loves, but from the pet owners! Continue reading
Exploring Reincarnation And Past Lives
Anyone who has studied physics knows that energy can neither be created, nor destroyed. We, our souls, are no different. The life we are living is just one in a series of many. As the universe is infinite and exists on multiple dimensions, so do we. This is the concept of reincarnation, or literally, a soul being born into a different body.
Many of us have heard stories of people, especially young children, who recount details of past lives which seem impossible for them to have learned in the present day. This experience is universal, across cultures and ethnicity.
When we experience a strong sense of déjà vu, or having seen something before, chances are, we are remembering experiences from our past. Prairie Dog Wisdom
In Native American tradition the “prairie dog” brings with it a special message of retreat when it crosses our path. In times of stress and over-exertion it reminds us to take some time out, withdraw from our busy modern lives and recharge our batteries.
This is what the prairie dog does when it gets into trouble. It withdraws into the safe depths of the earth, with several escape routes waiting in case of emergency. The prairie dog teaches us to pick our battles carefully. Prairie dog medicine is also symbolic of the opposite. In times when we have become too withdrawn and disconnected from family, friends and the world around us, this magical animal encourages us to reach out to others and join in social activities. How Fulfilled Are You?
Have you found your niche? Have you discovered what you were meant to do in this lifetime? Doing what you love, while helping others and serving the greater good, is tremendously fulfilling. If you have not found your life purpose yet… the sooner the better.
Personally, I love it when I begin a conversation with a client and I can intuitively reel in information that I can pass on, by way of the Tarot as well as my spirit guides, ancestors and my intuition. To then have a really happy customer by the end of that conversation… well, there is something to be said for that feeling! I feel so good knowing I have helped someone to see their life in a completely different perspective. It is very rewarding. Continue reading
