How To Prepare For Meditation
Meditation is the foundation of spiritual development and greater alignment with your Higher Self and divine nature.
Meditation enables us to clear negative energy attachments, improve our spiritual equilibrium, access our intuition, find answers to personal issues, resolve spiritual questions and enhance our cosmic connection with the Universe or source energy.
Most psychics, clairvoyants, mediums and spiritual teachers make use of the power of meditation on a daily basis, in order to regenerate or maintain their own flow of energy, and also to further strengthen their extra-sensory and clairvoyant abilities.

Psychic Vampires and Energy Thieves
Many empaths and highly sensitive people believe that some of the individuals they deal with daily are psychic vampires or energy thieves.
I believe this is a myth and a misconception. Yes, I admit, I have felt this way myself on many occasions in the past, until I discovered some truths about the matter. Once the facts were revealed to me, it changed my outlook radically.
It is simply impossible for anyone to drain or ‘steal’ your energy. Believing this to be possible implies that there is a limited source of energy available, which we have to share and compete over. Why Don’t Psychics Win The Lottery?
Skeptics often ask why psychics don’t use their talents to predict the winning lottery numbers?
This question may have some merit in a stand-up comedy routine (I enjoy a clever joke as much as the next person), but once everyone has had their laugh, all that remains for me is a tragic reflection of the lack of spiritual depth, as well as the superficial materialism, of our society.

Sometimes I have dreams about significant future events, and I also experience dreams focusing on important issues in the lives of my clients. Of course, it is very useful when I am doing a psychic reading for you and I had a dream about you two nights ago!

First of all, let me debunk the myth that psychics actually connect with you directly via a phone line or electrical wires, or computer hardware for that matter! This is simply not the case. Psychics do not make a connection with you on this earthly plane or realm (or what is referred to as the reality of space and time). Instead, the connection is made in the spiritual realm.
