Breaking The Painful Ties That Bind Us
With any kind of relationship, romantic or platonic, good or bad, comes a metaphysical cord of attachment which feeds energy from one person to another, in what can be likened to surgical tubing.
When we’ve had relationships with people, these cords extend from our chakras or energy centers to those of the other person. So, you can imagine the amount of emotions we can take on from someone else – more often than not ‘fear-based’ emotions. That fear can show itself as fear of abandonment, unforgiveness, co-dependency, or any other negative emotion.
Years ago, I remember reading a newspaper article shortly after the son of Dean Martin had been killed in an air crash. The famous singer said it felt like his heart was being ripped out – so real are these cords that bind us. To become more, to expand, and to seek more complete expression is inherent in our human condition, because it is an innate quality we possess due to our original spiritual nature. ‘Increasing’ or ‘becoming’ is what drives the expansion of the entire Conscious Universe.
We are each of us a mirror reflection of the Universal Source; we are created in the image of the Divine. We are a perfect imprint of the magnificent Holographic Web of Consciousness. And because we are spiritual beings who reflect the Divine in physical form, we also possess the innate qualities of Divinity. We are self-aware and conscious; we have the capacity for reason, sentience, imagination and creative thought; we command creative freedom and the metaphysical power to manifest; and we have the capacity for complete self-actualization, individuation and transcendence. Yoga For Mind, Body And Soul
During my psychic readings one question pops up often: how do you keep stress and anxiety to where it is not affecting your personal or professional life.
One of my favorite techniques for stress reduction is Yoga. This form of ‘exercise’ originated in India and has greatly increased in popularity all over the world in recent years. It’s great exercise for your body, and your mind. Keeping a healthy body improves holistic health and reduces stress and anxiety in your life.
Yoga can be done just about anywhere, even in small spaces. All you need is comfortable clothing and a mat to stretch out on. Add a relaxing environment and music, and you’re set! Until Death Do Us Not Depart
Physical death is not the death of the love you have for someone. When we die we continue to love all those we have ever loved in life and in all our past lives.
When someone you love dies they do not stop loving you, they continue to love you. I can say I am 100% sure that the love two people have for one another does not die after death. I would be willing to bet that that love is even intensified and maybe even deeper then the love the person had for you in life.
How do I know this you ask? I have had several conversations about life after death with my grandfather who told me many times if he could come back he would – he promised me this. He did come to me after he died and I was able to tell him I loved him, and it was definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had. Continue reading
Why Do People Judge Others?
Why do people judge others? Have you ever walked down the street and someone would give you a weird look? Have you ever been in a store and someone would discuss you behind your back?
The reason I feel the need to be bring this up is because I get many calls on a daily basis where a client would tell me how someone has judged them or said something to hurt their feelings.
A week ago I had a caller who was upset, because the person who judged her believed that he can walk on water, and whatever he does in life… he is better than others. I felt bad for my client and I told her that she is better than what this man was telling her. He was trying to push her buttons. I feel when someone puts another person down by judging them, it is because they are trying to make themselves feel better. Continue reading
Angels And Dreams
I was nine years old when I saw three beautiful Angels, in what you could call a rather ‘unlikely setting’. My parents were visiting some friends one Saturday evening and when the drinks began to flow, they put me upstairs on the bed, in their friend’s master bedroom.
The adults were making quite a lot of noise downstairs, and I found myself lying on the bed looking up at the ceiling, when lo and behold, just like a sliding door, the ceiling opened up and there were three magnificent beings with the night sky in the background.
