Working With A Pendulum
The pendulum, when used for the highest good for yourself and others, can be great for spiritual growth and psychic development. Everyone is capable of using a pendulum in my opinion. It’s all about practice, practice, practice and the desire to become proficient with the pendulum.
Constant practice and experimentation will ensure ultimate success. When you start out with the pendulum, don’t be afraid to make a mistake, for mistakes are how people learn. Don’t get hung up on how it’s ‘supposed’ to work. How it chooses to work for the individual is the best way for that person.
With practice the results become reliable and clear. With experimentation and persistence one becomes more in tune with the higher self, subconscious and spirit. What your mind and heart believe your body perceives. Our self-talk and mind-chatter play a vital role in optimum health in body, mind and spirit.
If we wake up in the morning and tell ourselves, “I’m really feeling lousy, I’m still tired. I really don’t want to get up and face this day,” you can be sure that the body will respond in just that way. You will be moving slowly, feeling every ache or pain twice as intensely. That kind of self-talk can even affect digestion by slowing it down, because that is what you are telling the body to do with this kind of negative thinking. Jane Roberts writes in The Nature of Personal Reality, “You are given the gifts of the gods; you create your reality according to your beliefs. Yours is the creative energy that makes your world. There are no limitations to the self except those you believe in.”
To be a creator is a function of our free will. We are all co-creators of our shared, physical reality and we shape our own destiny in every single moment of our lives. Every one of us knows someone who seems to have it all. We probably secretly want this for ourselves, but when we think of “having it all,” we usually envision things such as homes, cars, and the like, in other words, physical things. Stop for a moment to think about when you last asked for spiritual abundance: meaningful relationships, internal balance, harmonious thoughts. All of this can be had if we are willing to ask our angels and guardian spirits, who look out for us in every way!
The universe itself is synonymous with abundance. It is designed to meet our needs in every way. Why are we not, then, getting what we need? It all starts with asking. The Divine Grace Of A Soulmate Connection
It is a myth that everyone is supposed to meet a ‘soulmate’ in this lifetime. Don’t get me wrong, soulmate connections do exist, but this phenomenon is quite rare. It is a singular spiritual anomaly that is certainly not predestined for most of us.
In a world where intimate relationships have become extremely challenging to navigate, the search for the ever-elusive soulmate has become a contemporary obsession. We have co-created a modern society where detachment, loneliness and disconnection reigns supreme, despite our easy access to social media and communication technology. Against this background, the manic hunt for the ‘love of our life’ has become one of our generation’s most profoundly tragic acts of free will.
In my view, the most disturbing aspect of this ‘wild goose chase’ is the fact that it is so often encouraged, or even set into motion, by well-meaning psychic readers and relationship coaches! Forgiveness As A Spiritual Life Lesson
I remember telling my friend Audrey many years ago how well she was handling an upsetting situation. The matter related to a mutual friend who had borrowed a significant amount of money, and even though swift repayment was promised, the promise was not kept, nor acknowledged by the borrower.
Audrey seemed to take a really spiritual approach towards the situation and said to me, “I don’t lend money without first considering that I may well have to write it off in the end.” This was ironic, since he wasn’t exactly well-off herself.
“Why should I choose to be a victim, and to carry that huge load of resentment around on my shoulders, when I do have a choice to simply put it down? To carry that heavy knapsack of anger and resentment would only be draining to my health and peace of mind,” she explained. Continue reading
