Let The Tarot Speak To You
I can remember, like it was yesterday, the first time I picked up a deck of Tarot cards and it spoke to me. As I recall, it was the Four of Swords card that was my first introduction to the deck. What it revealed to me at the time was daunting. “You don’t do this often enough…and we are going to show you how,” the card said.
I was surprised and intrigued! So, I pulled another card. This time it was one of the Major Arcana cards. Death, to be exact. This time the card said, “Changes are coming, and you must do it and not be afraid. We will get through this together, but you have to let go of the old in order to embrace the new.”
This, mind you, was all happening during my first Saturn Return around age 29. I already had ‘all hell breaking loose’ as it was. I’d left a ‘good job,’ which I hated. My mother did not understand and, since she worked for the government, even called her friends at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)…because I was thinking of leaving town. I actually did leave, but turned around and came right back, but that’s a story for another day.
So, my Saturn Return was complicated enough, and it was about to get even more so. Talking Tarot cards, indeed! But so it was that they spoke to me. And that was how I got to know each of them, along with much further reading and studying, of course. But nothing can give you the true feel for a Tarot card, but a Tarot card itself.
The cards continued to communicate with me throughout the years, and eventually they decided it was time I share what they say with others. So, here we go with three of my favorite examples of what they have to say.

September 2 – 8
Although there are no obvious celestial events in the heavens this week, many of the planets will be interacting with each other, making it essential that we stay alert and practice a lot of patience and flexibility.
Monday’s Libra Moon will do its best to keep things in balance, even when life throws us a couple of curve balls. However, Tuesday and Wednesday we will be under the influence of a Scorpio Moon, so it will be important to look beyond the obvious and take all we hear with a grain of salt. Scorpio can evoke unwarranted fears, so if something looks scary or uncertain, your best bet is not to react, but to ride it out until the facts rise to the surface.
Things lighten up under Thursday and Friday’s Sagittarius Moon, and the answers to our questions or concerns will finally appear, assuring us that all is right in our world. Because the week is fraught with ups and downs, we’ll welcome the Capricorn Moon with open arms this weekend, where we can regroup, get grounded and actually be productive!
September 9 – 15
Let’s get ready to rumble! Things are fairly grounded under Monday’s Capricorn Moon (our most productive day of the week), but once the Moon moves into Aquarius on Tuesday, it’s anyone’s guess what will happen next.
The main event this week is the Pisces Full Moon, and we’ll need to watch for illusion and ethereal messages, as Pisces loves to blur the line between reality and the supernatural. By the way, this is a great time for ghost hunting and paranormal investigation.
The very next day, on Saturday, Mercury and Venus will hold hands as they both saunter into Libra, another aspect where our thinking can be clouded by ideals and romance. So, with all the smoke and mirrors that will come our way this week, it’s best to refrain from making any hard and fast decisions, or assuming anything until clarity returns next week. In the meantime, enjoy the show.
Developing Your Spirit Communication Skills
Spirit communication is the process of sending and receiving information to and from the spirit realm. This process can sometimes be overwhelming for individuals. The spirit realm and nature sends us inspiration, messages, comfort and guidance. In every moment of every day we receive information. Are we deciphering that information correctly? Are we also clear in our requests to Spirit?
There are many ways spirit communicates with us. March 2019 Astrology Forecast
March is set to be an intense month that will challenge us to take another look at what is, and what is not working on our lives.
Mercury, the planet of communication is going retrograde today until March 28th. This transit will encourage us to do some spring cleaning and teach us to take our time making big decisions. In addition, large purchases, signing contracts and starting a relationship should be avoided until the second week of April.
Venus will be in Aquarius most of March. Expect friends and lovers to be more cool and detached than usual. Aquarius isn’t the most romantic sign, so anticipate acts of kindness instead of romance until Venus enters Pisces on March 26th.
The New Moon in Pisces on March 6th will bring forth creative energy, but beware of self-destructive people or behaviors that hurt more than they help. Your physical energy may be low this week, but should pick up shortly after when the Moon enters Aries.

How To Interpret An Aura Reading
I find aura reading to be interesting and a lot of fun. It has broken down social barriers for me, especially with those I have come across who have a somewhat challenging disposition. You can read anyone’s aura anywhere, anytime. It can be done on a complete stranger, or someone you may have known your entire life, and the person can come from any walk of life.
For example, I have a friend who is abrasive, abrupt, and bristly, but also precious and sweet. All this dynamic energy rolled into one little ‘ball of fire.’ Over the years many have not only overlooked her, but also completely misunderstood her. Her soul color is a flashing white, with a brilliant swath of pink streaking directly through the center. I have known her personally for most of my life, and I thought you might not only enjoy helping me analyze her entire aura, but in the process also learn to read and interpret a complete aura yourself.
Let’s begin at the beginning, which is the head area. This is done looking entirely at the outside of the head itself, as if we were going to draw a ring around it. When I look at her aura here, I determine a strong gray undertone first, and then an overlay of light blue. The gray tells me she is not feeling the best right now, possibly suffering from a head cold. The blue of course denotes that she is extremely creative. This makes sense since my friend loves poetry, is a gifted crafts person, and loves to knit fashionable clothing and accessories. Her designs have been sought after by individuals that recognize and appreciate her unusual talent.
