Forgiveness As A Spiritual Life Lesson
I remember telling my friend Audrey many years ago how well she was handling an upsetting situation. The matter related to a mutual friend who had borrowed a significant amount of money, and even though swift repayment was promised, the promise was not kept, nor acknowledged by the borrower.
Audrey seemed to take a really spiritual approach towards the situation and said to me, “I don’t lend money without first considering that I may well have to write it off in the end.” This was ironic, since he wasn’t exactly well-off herself.
“Why should I choose to be a victim, and to carry that huge load of resentment around on my shoulders, when I do have a choice to simply put it down? To carry that heavy knapsack of anger and resentment would only be draining to my health and peace of mind,” she explained. Continue reading
Guiding Numbers
Numbers are a major part of our lives. But, lately they have seemed to take on a personality of their own. I am extremely particular about signs and messages – clues to help me on my path. And, every so often, I notice patterns with numbers all around me.
For example, every time I look at a clock, it just happens to be 1:11 or 11:11. I also see 2:22 and 4:44 quite often. I go to the store and my total will be one of these sequences of numbers.
I believe these are messages from my angels or guides. While most of us have a difficult time hearing our guides speak to us, our guides have equally as difficult a time communicating with us. So, they send us signs to help us along our path. Continue reading

The garden is on a raised platform with steps leading up to it, and it contains the most beautiful array of magnificent flowers that you can imagine. Approach the first step up into the garden. As you place your feet on the first step, take a deep breath and then exhale. Now step up to the second step, take a deep breath and exhale. Our bodies contain endless potential for energy: physical, mental, electrical, psychic. Much like the sun itself, we are constantly providing energy. Yet, many of us feel drained and exhausted? If we learn to tap into our natural channels, this doesn’t have to be so.

Voyage Into The Spirit Realms
Every spiritual tradition and belief system has its concept of the world beyond ours: Nirvana, Asgard, Elysium. These are often associated with death and the afterlife, but that is only half the story. The truth is, we can explore these realms even while we are still alive.
