Being The Goddess
Being the Goddess was not an easy task, and the young girl knew this from the very first time she opened her hazel eyes to the world.
Inside herself she felt it, from the inside out, that she was meant to do different things, that she was meant to bring something to others from her own experiences.
“What does it mean?” she would whisper to herself late at night.
She was amazed at the fact of it sometimes, and at other times afraid. “Let it go”, They said to her, “now is the time to be what you were called to be, without thinking about it so much”.
All little girls are the Goddess, and the young girl discovered this as she grew older. She pondered these thoughts many times. How could she bring a message to bear that she herself knew nothing about yet?
But as she grew older, and lived some of what life had to offer, she knew there was plenty of tale to tell, about what went on in the heart of the Goddess. Continue reading

I have certainly been trespassed against; maligned, misunderstood, abused and betrayed, as I suspect you may have too. Many of us have been hurt and wounded.
Some of my hurts occurred at a young and tender age, when there seemed to be no healing granted; when the best I could do then was retreat and lick my wounds alone.

How To Deal With Drama Queens (And Kings)
We live in a world rife with drama. Most, if not all of us, have someone we care about in our lives who may be melodramatic, co-dependent, addictive, overly demanding, or constantly in trouble or in victim mode. We may not always know how to deal with these negative feelings and behaviors, or we may even try to ignore them. The truth is, drama doesn’t have to weigh us down, and it doesn’t always have to be difficult!
The first rule to keep in mind is that love works better than anything else. Offer your loved one plenty of compassion, because, chances are, the drama queen in your life is wounded. Can You Handle The Truth?
There is famous scene in the movie A Few Good Men, where Jack Nicholson’s character angrily declares: “You can’t handle the truth!” Most of us can’t seem to, can we? We tell ourselves lies day in and day out, and after a while we come to believe them. Worse, we make excuses for ourselves or others that stop us from living full, healthy lives.
But it doesn’t have to be this way!
There’s a reason most recovery programs include a step where you need to take a full and honest inventory of yourself. Even if we are not in recovery, how long since most of us have really taken a long, hard look at ourselves, warts and all? We want to believe that we’re smarter, prettier, and more successful than we really are. That’s human nature. All of these lies and half-truths in our past are like a huge boulder weighing us down. We are living in a fast-paced world where we feel we must do many things every day, hardly having much time to just be. To just stop. To think. To just be.
Instead of embracing the fact that we are a human beings, we are in this day and age more focused on being humans doing. We get caught in up in the web of life, with its chaos and drama. And we get frustrated and feel so rushed. There is no time to truly do the things we want to do; to spend time doing the things that matter the most. So, with this blog, I ask that after you are finished reading this you take a moment to just sit for 15 minutes and simply do nothing. Meditate. Just think about nothing and if thoughts come in, ask yourself: is this thought helping me to get in alignment with my true self? The Power of Love Must Prevail
From a very young age I remember questioning why we are here. I would lie in my bed thinking of the concept of ‘forever’ with great concentration and intensity, trying to wrap my young mind around the concept until I would fall asleep.
Forever is a long time. I understand that our energy never dies and in turn we never die, but what is the purpose of life? What are we supposed to do here on planet Earth? Is there a reason why we are here?
Have you heard the analogy of the bicycle wheel? According to this we are all connected like the spokes of the wheel and that all religions that teach love go the center core, namely God or the Divine. We are all part of this magnificent Flame, this Light that is everywhere. It is Spirit that keeps us feeling connected.
I asked my guides early on what my purpose was and to help me rise above my mundane daily thinking, to reach the consciousness within, so that the doors will open and I may see my true life purpose. And my eyes were indeed opened. Continue reading
