Think Spring – A Message From My Guides
In the northern hemisphere the Spring season is now heralding warmer weather and new growth after a long, dark winter. With the blossoms that bring the promise of luscious foliage come the thoughts of new beginnings and infinite possibilities.
Every day you have the opportunity to create your own personal Spring. Yesterday has passed and tomorrow is but a thought. Today counts. This is the day over which you can have some control. This is the day wherein you can make commitments, keep promises and deliver expected results. Today is the day that you can help one another toward success. Today is the day that you can promote love and healing. Today is the day to listen, express empathy and support others. Today is the day you can be true to yourself. Today is the day wherein love triumphs. Continue reading
Taurus – That’s No Bull!
The second sign of the zodiac, Taurus (the Bull) is a fixed Earth sign and known for its practicality, thrift, and steadiness. But there’s more to this sign than just being grounded.
Since Taurus is ruled by Venus, the planet of love and beauty, those born under this sign, between April 20th and May 21st, are sensual and often make great lovers. In the non-romantic sense, they are devoted to their friends and family and can be very generous.
At work, Taurus will go the extra mile without seeking the glory. Naturally thrifty, they’re the perfect person to manage money and accounts. This doesn’t mean Taureans are boring accountants in khakis!
Taurus has a gift for fashion and creative endeavors and can often be found in the world of haute couture, as well as in the ranks of famous musicians (among them Bono, Stevie Wonder, and Adele.) Fields such as architecture and music management are perfect for the Bull, who appreciates a blend of the practical and indulgent. Continue reading
Can Loved Ones Warn Us Of An Early Departure?
Many people believe that we come onto the planet at a particular time and arrive at a particular place of our own choosing. There are diverse theories as to the accuracy of this idea, but let us pretend for a minute that it is a spiritual truth. Would it not then follow that we also choose when we will leave this earthly plane and where we will leave it from?
If this is the case, would we not also know when we are preparing to leave? Do we know before our own moment arrives? We may have a loved one be away on a trip when a fatal accident occurs. That would certainly prevent us from having the opportunity of saying our final goodbye. Others might have a long lingering illness before finally succumbing, but at least those remaining behind could endeavor to prepare for the grieving process that inevitably will ensue. Creating Your Reality – Survivor, Sinner Or Saint?
To create, attract and manifest is an innate metaphysical ability we all have access to as beings of Divine origin. Jane Roberts writes in The Nature of Personal Reality, “You are given the gifts of the gods; you create your reality according to your beliefs. Yours is the creative energy that makes your world. There are no limitations to the self except those you believe in.”
To be a creator is a function of our free will. We are all co-creators of our shared, physical reality and we shape our own destiny in every single moment of our lives. What you think, feel, believe, wish for, and desire in this very moment, is what you will become tomorrow, and the day after. Continue reading
Life After Life (Part 6 of 7) – Love
When it comes to near-death and shared-death experiences, they may have different qualities to them for different people. It is clear that the experiences we have in this life do influence the experience we have when we transition into the next.
I believe that the reason for these differing experiences is to make our transition into the next life as gentle and meaningful as possible. Spirit orchestrates the passing experience in such a way that it is as unique as the person that is transitioning.
There are some cultural and ancestral qualities that are fairly consistent in the individuals experiencing the transition. For example, if you have a specific religious icon that is meaningful to you, it is very likely that will be a part of your transition experience. Continue reading
