The Ghost And The Chocolate Strawberries
I regularly meet with a group of wonderful women, who like me love to pray and meditate. We meet every other week, usually at the library.
We always meet in the same quiet room, which the library graciously allows us to use for our prayer and meditation meet up. We simply sit in a circle, share our prayer requests and lift up anyone we wish, even ourselves through the power of prayer.
It is a healing time, where we find ourselves sharing a snack, a joke, a healing remedy, an affirmation, or even a recipe. It is a time we all look forward to.
One day, while we were about to go our separate ways, one of the ladies approached me and asked if I could connect with a friend who passed quit unexpectedly. She was found dead in her apartment three days prior. Continue reading
Ghosts On The Coast Of Maine
Whenever I do a house party on the coast of Maine, the first question most of the guests ask me is, “Do you feel or see anyone around me?” Or, “Do you see or sense spirit in any of the rooms or around the house?”
Well, to be very honest I have never been in any home or dwelling that did not have any spirit in residence. They typically hang around a house because they used to live in it, or at some time in the past they were on that property for some reason.
When I am asked to check in, to see who may be in residence, spirit will speak to me in my head, or show themselves. They also like to move objects. Why? Because they can. Often, they will move a picture off center, especially a picture of themselves, just to let you know they are around. Continue reading
The Path To Heaven
I wanted to set an intention for my evening meditation. I wanted to connect with my higher consciousness, and maybe even connect with my grandfather. I wanted to ask questions about death and what happens to our souls and consciousness. What do we perceive after we die?
After my meditation I took down some notes on things I wanted to share that I felt was important information. Before going to sleep I also set the intention to visit with my spirit guides to retrieve and receive any other information that could help shed some light on our life after death.

Being Spirit’s Messenger
A friend named Laura lost her husband to terminal illness just a few weeks ago. I have known this friend for over three decades, and our friendship has been one of touching base every now and again, mainly on birthdays and anniversaries. She did let me know, however when Bill had passed.
The last time I saw Bill was about 15 years ago, when he came to me for divination – throwing the bones. Our connection wasn’t such a strong one that I would expect him to be present in my dreams within just four days of his passing. But he was there, in three of my dreams, one after the other. I gave those dreams very little attention, so the memory of them was vague by the following day.
My friend Laura has always been somewhat skeptical, even afraid of ‘the other side.’ When I had the fourth dream, still, within only a few days of Bill’s passing, I noted every detail and told her what had happened, and asked how she would feel if I shared what I felt was a message for her. Maintaining The Connection
We may not always know or understand why we have connections with particular people, and even after they have passed it still seems vital that we keep those connections in place. Also, how we stay in touch may not be the same for each of us, it just is important that we do.
Many years ago, I had a lovely older friend named Pat, who came from a very affluent, upscale family and was certainly refined in every manner. It was noticeable in the way she dressed and spoke. Her whole demeanor exuded the firm self-confidence of someone who has been used to having the finer things in life.
Somewhere along the road, Pat fell in love with and married a rough-and-tough, stevedore-type fellow named Bill. By all appearances they certainly did not seem like a compatible couple, however, they stayed happily married, produced three offspring and had over 30 happy years together. Continue reading
Remembering Grandpa’s Visitation Message
Sitting on my bed, looking outside at the newly fallen snow, I am reminded of the message my grandfather gave me last year, around the same time.
I remember I hadn’t had a visitation from him in some time and was wanting to connect. In order to receive a visitation from my grandpa, or anyone I wish to connect with from the other side, is usually pretty simple. I simply say a prayer and ask, “If it can be please let it happen!” I put out the invitation and let it go.
With his last visitation I am almost asleep. As usual, grandpa stepped in on the left side, happier than the happiest person I had ever met. It is what he always projects out – pure happiness and light, shining his huge smile over me. He was a pretty large man in life and his entire being reminds me of pure sunshine, with a huge smile. Telepathically he is always telling me he loves me. It is the greatest feeling ever, pure joy and bliss. Exactly what I imagine Heaven to feel like. Continue reading
A Healing Message From The Afterlife
I have just finished a mediumship reading for a client and I am feeling rather drained, but very satisfied. I had to connect with her deceased grandfather, who had passed suddenly in his sleep. Her grandma also passed a year earlier, around the same time.
She knew that he would go not too long after Grandma, as they lived together for 60 plus years. They married very young and had a busy family life, after having all five their children within the first decade of marriage.
She asked me to see if he had any messages for her, and he certainly did. He said that she needed to take better care of herself and that if she didn’t she might end up with diabetes. Grandpa wanted her to know how important it was for her to take care of herself. He said it was so important because her four little kids need her to be around for a long time. Continue reading
