Signs From The Spirit World

I have passed on endless messages of reassurance to my customers from their loved ones on the other side. The focus in most mediumship readings is typically on reassuring those left behind, on this side of the veil, that their deceased loved ones are actually very much alive and doing well. The dearly departed often let us know that they are unencumbered by any discomfort of a physical or emotional nature they may have experienced prior to their crossing.

Yesterday, I did a reading for a customer who received a profound message from her father. It made me think how I had not really been feeling my own father’s presence recently. That is, not since the final group gathering of my psychic development circle over two years ago, prior to my move to Spain. In that final group session, my dad communicated how I had been talking to his photo that very morning, just a few hours earlier. I blushed as the rest of the group laughed at my embarrassment. Spirit loves laughter, and that was so typical of my dad to come through with funny comments during our psychic circle.

 It is not necessary to be a professional “psychic” in order to receive information from Spirit. All of us, all the time are given signs from God, from the world of Spirit. These signs are usually ignored, or thought of as “just a coincidence” ~ Reverend Jeff

And so, this morning, as I stood in the kitchen, I told my dad that I didn’t feel him around me anymore, as he’d promised he would be. What’s up with that? This promise he’d made came in a letter, to be read after his death, in which he told me that he loved me very much, and that he would always be looking over me. I feel the spirit world is our true, primary home, therefore I shouldn’t really have any doubts, but I guess, it’s human to want some reassurance now and again!

And so, after having the ‘chat’ with my father this morning, I continued on with my day. Within minutes of entering my office, there was an explosion of noise. The TV in the lounge was booming! I gritted my teeth and counted to ten. Then, after a few minutes of calming myself, I went outside to ask my husband why he decided to turn the TV up so loud, especially since he wasn’t even watching it? He said, “I didn’t switch the TV on… I did not even enter the house this past hour?”

Of course, I then realized that it had to be my dad, working through technology with his typical sense of humor.  He often told the story of how, shortly after his father’s death, his mother, sister, and extended family, had visited our family home in London. A similar sequence of events happened whereby the radio suddenly came on at full volume! Lights were also constantly flashing on and off during their short visit to the house.

Spirits are forms comprised of electromagnetic energy.  This is also the same type of energy field in our light, TV, and radio waves.  As a result, when spirits are around, their energy fields disrupt those fields of light, TV, and radio and can create disturbances. A well-known medium in London later verified details of this incident to my father, and that it was, in fact, my grandfather who was able to make his presence known that way. This was possible because the accumulation of family energy became a conduit for him to do so. When my father was in this life, the signs he used to receive from the spirit world often came through electricity, as well as clocks and watches (my grandfather used to tinker with watches and clocks). So, it was really no surprise that dad also chose this method to let me know he’d kept his word.

Writing this just made me aware how none of the clocks in our home, including our computers, seem to be synchronized. I guess dad is around after all.
