Releasing Your Heart From A Failed Relationship
How does one let go and move on from a painful, failed relationship? This is a regular question any psychic will receive from their clients.
It may be helpful to make a list of all of the negative attributes of the person your trying to get over, but when we look deeper, as psychic advisors, we often see a web of energy entanglement present between the caller and the person they are trying so hard to sever ties with. There is often so much more going on than simply the physical and emotional. Hence, the challenge to break free.
“I want to release him,” says the client, almost pleadingly. Sometimes the caller can feel as if they are just about getting over the subject of their affection, and then… wham! A message, a media post, or sudden surge of longing surfaces to claw them back into wanting the relationship at any cost. The Path To Heaven
I wanted to set an intention for my evening meditation. I wanted to connect with my higher consciousness, and maybe even connect with my grandfather. I wanted to ask questions about death and what happens to our souls and consciousness. What do we perceive after we die?
After my meditation I took down some notes on things I wanted to share that I felt was important information. Before going to sleep I also set the intention to visit with my spirit guides to retrieve and receive any other information that could help shed some light on our life after death.

Signs You Might Be Overstressed
Almost all of us are under stress of some kind, whether it’s from work, family life, financial situations, or countless other sources. But how do when we know when it all gets to be too much?
Sadly, we tend to overlook the very real, physical signs our bodies give us, to let us know that the stress is all too much. If you’re experiencing one or more of these symptoms, it might be time to take a look at how to reduce stress levels and get your total health on track.
Pain in our bodies is probably the most obvious sign something is wrong, yet it tends to get ignored until it’s almost too late. Aches and pains, stomach issues, muscle tension, and heart palpitations are among the most common. Also, when we’re under stress, our sleep may suffer. Is It Love, Or Just Infatuation?
There is a difference between love, lust, and infatuation. Infatuation is so powerful, it can make you think that you are in love, but they cannot co-exist.
There are so many people that feel that they are in love with someone just because they are so amazing, and they cannot stop thinking about them, but truthfully most of the time the intense feeling that comes with really liking someone is not love, it is infatuation. How does one tell the difference?
First and foremost, when you are infatuated it happens very quickly, love is a slow process – love needs a deeper connection. Infatuation can make you feel irrational, love calms you. Infatuation can feel very intense, love is grounded, and generous, and solid. Continue reading
