Do You Drink The Water?
For as long as I can remember, I have absolutely hated the taste of water from the faucet. I’ve been saying for years, that I can taste the chemicals in it. So many of my friends and family have laughed at me, telling me I am crazy.
The taste and smell of water that comes out of my kitchen faucet, repulses me to the point that I refuse to drink it. I have found myself in the hospital for dehydration more times than I care to admit.
So, I began wondering… what chemicals are used to treat the water that we drink? Well, I found that it’s not so much the chemicals to clean the water that may be the problem. It is the fluoride that is added to our water. Continue reading
Not Everyone Chooses The Path Of Healing – Part 1
You must have heard the saying, “what they don’t know can’t hurt them?” Well, sometimes that can be very true, but sometimes what one doesn’t know can in fact hurt one.
We have all tried at one time or another to help someone close to us, because we wanted to do something nice for them. People with gifts to see, hear and feel will know what I’m speaking of here. Of course, we can’t just go up to someone randomly if we had decided to stay ‘tuned in’ when we are out and about. It is usually at these times that the urge to approach or assist may come up. I have an abundance of energy and feel it not necessary to turn off my psychic abilities, for example when I am just quickly running down to the grocery store, or stopping at the library. Lou’s Inspirational Story
A friend of a friend always felt a calling to do animal rescue work, and this calling beckoned her to a Swiss-based rescue group called City Dogs in Romania. She saw a picture of a dog named Lou on their website, fell in love with him and arranged for him to be transported from Romania to Switzerland.
There was something special about Lou, and people who have had that special soul connection with a pet will understand this.
When Lou arrived the connection between them was immediate and all seemed fine with him. However, this is what happened after Lou arrived, in my friend’s own words: Continue reading
How To Attract True Love Into Your Life
Have you ever felt so good that not even the most negative person you encounter can ruin your day? That is the type of energy you need to envelope yourself in to be a magnet for attracting love and all that is positive into your life.
I have known some very sad individuals, who constantly get nowhere in life because they seem to be perpetually negative and assuming the worst. Whatever they look at or hear, they always put a negative spin on it – whatever it may be.
These negative people are to me a type of ‘energy vampire.’ They try to bring you down to their level so that they can feel better. If you are protected, however, you can remain in balance and alignment spiritually and emotionally. You can empower yourself on all levels, so that you essentially have an invisible, but very powerful shield of protection around you. This way you can deflect their negative energy. It goes right back to the sender, or the one who is trying to drop their ‘poison’ on you. It renders harmless their ‘psychic attack’ by way of their pessimistic words, harmful thoughts and negative energy. Continue reading
Yoga For Mind, Body And Soul
During my psychic readings one question pops up often: how do you keep stress and anxiety to where it is not affecting your personal or professional life.
One of my favorite techniques for stress reduction is Yoga. This form of ‘exercise’ originated in India and has greatly increased in popularity all over the world in recent years. It’s great exercise for your body, and your mind. Keeping a healthy body improves holistic health and reduces stress and anxiety in your life.
Yoga can be done just about anywhere, even in small spaces. All you need is comfortable clothing and a mat to stretch out on. Add a relaxing environment and music, and you’re set! Start slowly, working up to what is comfortable for you. This is key. Yoga can be very enjoyable and something to look forward to if it is performed with care and dedication. Continue reading
My Mother, My Self
My mother is a wonderful woman. Kind-hearted, giving, a great cook and a good listener. In short she is all the things a good mother should be.
My mother is also the most mean-spirited and callous woman you could ever not want to meet. She will cause a scene just to do it, just to get a rise out of someone, because she is bored and isn’t getting paid any attention. Which, to her, is all the time.
My mother is bipolar, with severe manic-depressive mood swings that leave you gasping for breath in the wake of an episode, the same way you gasp for breath after being sucked under by a huge wave of water. My mother has Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). There, but for the Grace of God, go I, as the saying goes. Continue reading
