A Healing Message From The Afterlife
I have just finished a mediumship reading for a client and I am feeling rather drained, but very satisfied. I had to connect with her deceased grandfather, who had passed suddenly in his sleep. Her grandma also passed a year earlier, around the same time.
She knew that he would go not too long after Grandma, as they lived together for 60 plus years. They married very young and had a busy family life, after having all five their children within the first decade of marriage.
She asked me to see if he had any messages for her, and he certainly did. He said that she needed to take better care of herself and that if she didn’t she might end up with diabetes. What Your Face Is Telling You
There is an ancient belief system that everything can be seen in one’s face. Your emotional state, your physical state, warnings, strengths and weaknesses. Lines on the forehead are said to represent issues with the intestines. Lines between the eyebrows, just above the eyes, represent issues with the liver, while lines under the eyes represent issues with the kidneys. Lines or swelling of the nose represent issues with the heart, and lines above the lip, below the nose, represent issues with the sexual organs.

Grief As A Spiritual Life Lesson
Just under a decade ago, a decision I made to let my eight and a half year old Rottweiler Sophie go, was one of the hardest things I have ever been faced with. Sophie had suddenly become ill over the course of four days and nothing could have prepared me for the subsequent grief. Although time heals, I still recall the way it felt when she was gone – like my heart was being ripped from my chest.
Grief can be described as the universal response to loss, and a very natural, yet terribly painful internal process. When there is a significant change, or loss in one’s life, grief is both a physical and emotional response to that change.
