Grief As A Spiritual Life Lesson
Just under a decade ago, a decision I made to let my eight and a half year old Rottweiler Sophie go, was one of the hardest things I have ever been faced with. Sophie had suddenly become ill over the course of four days and nothing could have prepared me for the subsequent grief. Although time heals, I still recall the way it felt when she was gone – like my heart was being ripped from my chest.
Grief can be described as the universal response to loss, and a very natural, yet terribly painful internal process. When there is a significant change, or loss in one’s life, grief is both a physical and emotional response to that change. Grief brings its own stresses, and continued grief actually compromises our immune system, because all cells in our bodies are affected by intense emotions. Continue reading

I have been teaching White Tantric Yoga for 15 years. It is based on the Kama Sutra, or the Kama Sutra is based on White Tantric Yoga. I incorporate these teachings in my partner workshops and find it to be a great way to lure men into the class! These teachings are not pornographic or about teaching wild sexual positions. It is actually the opposite. Exploring My Alien Origins
Some time ago, I thought I might investigate where I had originated from, before I came into this Earth existence. I manage to find out I was from a place called “Jute,” somewhere out in the galaxy – destination unknown. That was the only piece of information I had at that time.
During a personal energy healing session I, I unexpectedly went back temporarily to that time. The color of this unknown world was a glorious and wondrous shimmering blue. I almost didn’t want to come back to this life! Thankfully, while I was there, I was having a conversation with one of the Seniors who was in partnership with me coming onto this plane and he did convince me that my work here was not yet completed.
Discovering my alien heritage all began with my quest for health. Recent life experiences made me think a lot about healthy living and well-being at my age. I have tried many different healing methods and products to do a thorough cleansing, but have never been very successful. These stones are said to bring good luck to those possessing them. They also block negativity and negative energy. Black obsidian is a powerful meditation stone. Apache tears brings any dysfunctions, sadness, depression and anger to the surface. It brings up anything blocking you and helps you remove those blocks to help create the life you want. It is the stone of the subconscious and it dissolves suppressed negative patterns and purifies them. This stone brings to light that which is hidden from the conscious mind. If you feel you are being used or abused, or someone has power over you, this is a great stone to wear when around that person. It will help block their negative hold on you, and empower you. When All Seems Lost
I have taken many psychic reading calls from clients who feel they are “stuck in a hole” in their life. This dark pit is different for every individual. For some it is the hope to be reunited with a lost lover, or not receiving any spiritual messages from their deceased loved ones; while for others it is being stuck in a dead-end job they hate, or not being able to find a decent job.

Using Stones To Heal – Agates
Crystals and gemstones have been used by almost every culture for healing and mystical purposes. They amplify the user’s vibration and bring to the healing practice their own energy and symbolism.
I used to live by a beach that was covered in agates. I collected them and revered them, somehow instinctively connecting to their magic at an early age. Years later I began using a large variety of agates in my healing practice.
Black or Banded Agate. This agate helps to center the first chakra. It is a great stone for combating anxiety and to ground the physical body. Use this stone for self control, physical energy, grounding, and resilience. Continue reading
