The True Nature Of Forgiveness
What I have received from Spirit and my mentors about the nature of forgiveness is that it is first of all not about allowing bad behavior in others to continue. This is the most important thing to remember when we are ready to venture into our inner forgiveness journey.
If someone is continually wounding us through their actions or words, it is important to understand that the most loving thing we can do for ourselves and for the other person is to let them go. This may be a scary thing for some people, but to really release our pain we must release the source of the pain. Some situations are reconcilable through an honest reflection of the situation by both parties. However if this is not working, then lovingly releasing that person from your life will not only keep you from being hurt, it will allow you to open up space for relationships that bring value to your human journey. Each time we turn to unnecessary conflict, things turn into chaos. It stirs up the aura around each person involved. The ripples of anger and hurt affects everyone involved.
This doesn’t mean we can’t ever stand up for ourselves, or disagree. In fact, statistics prove that couples who never argue most often don’t last in their relationships. A good storm now and then can clear up things and allow us opportunity to express the things we have been suppressing.

Why People Cheat On Their Mates – Part 3
In the previous blog in this series I shared with you Diane’s situation with her now ex-husband. She was married to a man who stepped out on his very happy marriage, because there was some aspect to his personality that made it impossible for him to be faithful. There are many ways to explain why one may cheat. Diane felt that her husband’s wondering eye was just that – he liked to look around and flirt with other women.
Today, I am sharing *Joanne’s story. She has been married for several decades, and she has four children with her husband. They also own a business together. Although she knew her husband had cheated on her decades ago, she decided to forgive him and stay with him to this very day. An Eye For An Eye Makes The Whole World Blind
I have certainly been trespassed against; maligned, misunderstood, abused and betrayed, as I suspect you may have too. Many of us have been hurt and wounded.
Some of my hurts occurred at a young and tender age, when there seemed to be no healing granted; when the best I could do then was retreat and lick my wounds alone.

The Abused Often Becomes The Abuser
I am still not sure why I tend to attract challenging, and sometimes negative personalities into my private space. Am I truly enabling others to give me this lesson over and over again?
I know that having the very experience of these negative souls in my space enables me to identify with the customers I read for. Many of my clients find themselves either in a similar situation, or in a situation whereby they love someone who doesn’t reciprocate their kind or encouraging ways.

Avoid Those Who Drain Your Energy
A man I spoke to recently told me he’d opted to be a loner, because people always wanted something from him. “People either want money from me, or they want to bend my ear with their problems,” he said.
I’ve noticed a significant increase in customers asking me lately just how they can go about protecting their energy fields. This tells me that individuals are becoming very aware of how they are being affected by others, who bring negativity into their home or work environment. They come home from work, not exhausted from labor, but from what is often called a “toxic work environment”. The Fourth Chakra
The fourth chakra, or Anahata is located in the heart center. It is symbolized by a circular flower and 12 green petals called heart-mind. The animal totems of the fourth chakra are the antelope, dove and nightingale. The musical note that resonates with this chakra is “F”. This is considered the heart chakra and love chakra.
The color is green. It rules the shoulders, heart, blood circulation, upper back and lungs. Foods to stimulate the fourth chakra include Lettuce, kale, zucchini, spinach and all green vegetables. The corresponding gland is the Thymus. Physically, Anahata governs the immune system, all blood related issues and circulation. Mentally it governs connection with others’ personal power, while emotionally it governs empathy, compassion, romance, friendship and family love, and spiritually it directs unconditional love.
