Understanding Psychic Readings – The Clair Senses
The most commonly known and used ‘clair sense’ in psychic and spiritual circles is clairvoyance. This particular gift is very common in individuals that have a specific soul mission to use their psychic gift predominately for readings. It has even become a universal term that often includes the other clair gifts.
The term “clairvoyant” comes from the French clair, meaning clear (from the Latin clarus), and voyant, the present participle of voir, meaning to see (from the Latin videre)*.
The clairvoyant is able to see beyond what can be seen by the physical eye and interpret vibrational realities that are non-physical, or have not yet manifested on the physical plane. Continue reading
Taking Pictures Of Orbs
Taking pictures might give you a better understanding of what kinds of orbs you might have in your house. It’s hard to see an orb with the naked eye. At times it might just be dust floating around in the sunlight, or a reflection. Taking pictures is far more constructive.
You don’t need a camera that costs a lot to take pictures of orbs. The cheap digital I often use cost only twenty dollars, and it also takes videos that I can download to the computer.
So, when you have your camera, where do you start? If you have animals watch their behavior to see if they act differently, for example when they keep looking up to the ceiling in a certain area of the house. Always have your camera nearby. Continue reading
Old Green Eyes – The Ghost of Chickamauga
The American Civil War was fought 150 years ago, yet people remain fascinated with its history. As it turns out, the battlefield said to be the most haunted is located right here in the South, not too far from where I live.
Chickamauga, on the border of Tennessee and Georgia, takes its name from a Native American word meaning “bloody river.” It was the second bloodiest battle of the war after Gettysburg, so the name turned out to be quite fitting.
Many ghosts, including those of a Confederate soldier and a bride-to-be pining for her lost fiancée, have been spotted at Chickamauga. But the most famous legend, “Old Green Eyes,” may not even be a traditional ghost at all. Legends surrounding the spirit go back to the Cherokee and Creek tribes who originally lived in the area. They tell of a large-bodied creature, or sometimes a floating head, with sharp fangs and glowing green eyes. Continue reading
I Have No Rest, But Only Turmoil
Recently I was asked to go to the home of a friend who I used to work with. There was something paranormal going on at her house and had asked for my help.
The house is more than a 100 years old and it is divided into three sections, with two upper levels. When I entered the house I felt there was an energy around that was positive and benevolent, but there was also something there that was negative and malicious. It was clear to me that this house was home to some kind of daily spiritual tension or battle.
It was getting close to midnight and I wanted to start taking pictures, both with the light turned on and off. First I lead us in prayer asking for protection and guidance. After the prayer we both introduced ourselves, to let whoever was present know that we meant no harm. I also made it clear that I was going to take some pictures and invited anyone present in spirit to come forward and make their presence known. Continue reading
Shadow Beings Be Gone!
Very recently, for a period of just a few days at around dusk, I kept on seeing dark shadow figures to my left, in my peripheral vision. These dark shadows would move quickly and, although not eerie, they were unlike what I usually witness when I see spirit. My Husky cross, Collie, is always sensitive to the presence of spirit in my work room, and I know from her stares at these dark shadows that she saw them too, but she wasn’t at all perturbed.
It occurred to me only a few days ago that during that brief period of witnessing the shadowy figures, a few chaotic days followed: a water heater burst, a generator went up in smoke, the washing machine seemed to have reprogrammed itself, my older dog was diagnosed with a tumor, my youngest dog ate some of my cash money, as well as other minor aggravations, like power outages. Psychic DNA: Nature or Nurture?
It is my belief that psychic ability is an innate talent or gift aimed at a specific Life Calling, while intuition is a highly personal aspect of our inner spiritual guidance system. We all possess our own, natural intuition, whether we are conscious or unconscious of it – but not everyone is psychic.
Natural intuition is highly personal and mostly about taking care of our own personal needs. Psychic ability on the other hand shifts extra sensory perception from the personal sphere into the realm of the impersonal. Intuition is our direct inner guidance from our Divine Self towards achieving our unique Soul Purpose and Life Calling. Psychic ability on the other hand dwells in the realm of the selfless, prophetic and archetypal. Psychics, mediums and healers are channels, messengers, conduits or surrogates, which means that they do not only receive personal inner guidance from their own Divine Self, but they also have the capacity to receive and translate guidance on behalf of their fellow man. These perceptions or messages may come from the other person’s Higher Self, or courtesy of non-physical entities, or from the Divine Source, God, or Collective Unconscious. Assisted By Two Spirit Guides
Have you ever wondered how many spirit guides you have? Do you sometimes wonder if they help you in your personal life?
Well, I discovered a couple of weeks ago, when I had a client call me, how important a role our guides can play in our daily lives. The client had ask me to let my spirit guide choose the deck of cards for her and what happened was quite remarkable.
Many of my regular clients know I that I am assisted by my spirit guide Lisa in a lot in my psychic readings. But she usually does not choose the deck of cards. I always have the client choose the deck.
Well, on this occasion, when I started to flip the cards over I noticed that the cards gave off another type of energy compared to what I am usually seeing. When the client and me started to talk about her reading even she was really shocked, as much as I was, the way the reading had taken on an unusual twist.
