Substance Abuse Invites Evil Influences
Someone close to me has been fighting their demons for years. In my opinion such demons would relate to negative energy, or entities influencing a person who has opened themselves up, and become vulnerable to them because of substance abuse and addiction. This person’s crazy behavior has been progressive, part of which was aggression, anger and hate thoughts towards just about anybody.
Their background was dysfunctional, but not to the extent that it should change them from a relatively contented individual into a pressure cooker waiting to explode. I am now of the opinion this person was vulnerable to these lower energies because of alcohol abuse over several years. Continue reading
Living Under The Mushroom?
Are you living under the mushroom? This is not necessarily a bad thing, depending what your expectations are. In order to live in the Light we must make an effort of some kind to come out from under the mushroom. Nothing much grows in the shadows.
Living in the Light? What does that mean? Does it mean we will no longer gossip about the neighbors, focus less on the negative aspects of life, stop finding fault with others, and never expect bad things to happen to us? Probably not.
What “living in the Light” does mean is that we strive to accept and understand the motives of others, and that we allow some leeway when dealing with faulty human beings, especially considering the fact that we are personally also one of those “faulty souls”. Don’t Add Drama To The Chaos In Your Life!
I had a very stressful situation recently, too personal to be written about here, but I can assure you my Italian temper blew up completely due to my frustration. I had to humble myself to people I did not feel comfortable with, and had to set my ego aside entirely.
I felt I had to hit or break something. I took a good box of empty jars and shattered every one of them against a rock outside. The explosive sound of the breaking glass was a source of relief. It is not something I am really proud of doing, but I am only human, and sometimes our more base instincts rise to the surface in this way. My Energy Battle With The Invisible Woman
I went through something very confusing and traumatic many years ago. While in the middle of it, I realized that it was forcing me to learn about spiritual darkness. Walking With Angels
There are an infinite number of angels and guardian spirits in the spirit realms, and all of us have at least one such being whose purpose it is to guide, nurture, and protect us in our daily lives. They are there at our call. So how do we go about contacting them?
Our angels cannot help us unless we ask them. We have to make time to speak to them, and it is best to choose a regular time and method to do this. Some of us may feel more comfortable speaking aloud; others may prefer to journal, or silently meditate. Whatever we choose, our angels will hear us.
As we make this a practice in our lives, we get to know them better, including their name, their appearance, their aura. The better we know a person, the easier it is to speak to them; the same is true of our guardian angels. Don’t be frustrated if you are just beginning this practice. Three Crystal Cleansing Methods
Crystals hold energy, so when you first get a crystal it is best to cleanse them before use. This does not mean that the vibrational energy within the crystal is not valuable without cleansing, but I have found that cleansing my crystals regularly brings out the best quality of experience in crystal therapy.
Below are three methods of cleansing crystals. There are several different methods for cleansing, these are just three common methods and by no means a complete list of cleansing routines. It is best to find the method that works most effectively for you.
One thing to remember about crystals is they respond to intention. They can certainly aid us in discovery and assist us in bringing about change, but the reality is that if we remain unwilling to change in certain areas of our lives the crystals themselves will have little effect. It is important with all healing practices that you take a holistic approach, and adopt methods that assist you in many ways.
