For me, there is no judgment on the type or amount of questions I am asked as a psychic, or how often it is being asked in readings. Controlling Your Psychic Powers
When fictional characters, like Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, train to use their abilities, one of the first things their mentors, such as Yoda, tell them is that they must learn control. This is just as important to us as we use our own metaphysical abilities in the real world.
The first and foremost reason for this is that we have to use any psychic ability given to us for our own good, and that of others. If we use these abilities without mindful intent behind them, or with hostile intent, they can be very counter-productive.
So, how is control learned? An easy way to start is by ridding ourselves of negative influences and objects. As the ancient system of Feng Shui dictates, our environments reflect our internal states. Born To Be Psychic
What is it like to be born a psychic? The easy thing to say, that most will indeed say, is that it is both a gift and a curse. But that is such a broad statement. Personally, I have always loved being psychic.
I remember being three years old, when I knew that I saw and heard things which were not there. I would look at people and I would know things. I would know how they felt, in all senses of the word, and I would see colors around them, which told me how they were feeling physically.
I did not know what this was at the time. I just knew that when I saw a person with a certain color around them it meant they were feeling a certain way. I would try my best to avoid being around people that made me feel what they were feeling. But as an empath, I could not prevent these experiences. Continue reading
Life After Life (Part 3 of 7) – Shared Death Experience
The shared death experience is a phenomenon that many have experienced. It is when someone who is close to you dies and you share a part of their transition experience. The shared death experience, like the near-death experience phenomenon, tends to be different for each individual experiencing the transition.
For example, my grandmother tells the story of when her mother passed, and right before she passed there was a type of glow that illumined her face during her passing. My grandmother, who has an affinity and connection to the angels, said that my great grandmother had an angelic look on her face just before she passed. No Message From The Other Side?
Why don’t I receive any contact from my loved one on the other side? This is a frequently asked question which often comes my way. I don’t always have an answer, but often the truth is that the questioner is either anxious, or wanting it so much that they are blocking the reason for their question.
Sometimes people will say they’ve begged the deceased to give them evidence of their survival, and to just let them know that they are happy and healed from any emotional or physical trauma they knew on this side of the veil. At times, the messages from their loved ones, given to the messenger such as myself, are undeniable proof of their existence after death.
