No Birth Date Needed, I’m Psychic!
When I do psychic readings by phone, clients sometimes ask if they should give me their birth date. But I don’t need to know their birthday to know anything about them, because I am able to uncover information using my psychic abilities.
Firstly, I often ‘feel energy’ moments before my client even calls. I begin to sense how they may be feeling seconds before the phone rings. I am clairsentient (empathic) and I feel negative or positive energy around people. I have an ability to sense if the person has toxic people around them, who are energetically draining them. I can feel what is hindering them. I would then share ways how they can get rid of any dis-ease, or toxic and energetically draining energy from their lives. Continue reading
Helping Each Other On Our Spiritual Journey
At some point in our lives we all cross paths with an individual who has a more profound effect on us than anybody else ever will. Sometimes these memorable encounters are due to something someone said at a critical phase in our lives, and their words then echo on in the years ahead. Or it may be a kindness someone shows us unexpectedly.
Such was the effect of a fascinating man I met more than 20 years ago. Paul is an esoteric counselor and I studied palmistry with him, as well as having past life regression under his supervision. Mediumship is the term used for spirit communication and is distinctly related to connecting to the spiritual essence of loved ones that have passed on. Throughout history, this label has been relegated to specific individuals called mediums, and the primary source of messages come through channeling or other experiences. However, the practice of mediumship can also be an individual or private practice.
Spirit is the transcendent force that unites all things, and it is this interconnected nature that allows us to connect with God, angels, spirit guides, and even loved ones that have transitioned into the realm beyond. The Divine Grace Of A Soulmate Connection
It is a myth that everyone is supposed to meet a ‘soulmate’ in this lifetime. Don’t get me wrong, soulmate connections do exist, but this phenomenon is quite rare. It is a singular spiritual anomaly that is certainly not predestined for most of us.
In a world where intimate relationships have become extremely challenging to navigate, the search for the ever-elusive soulmate has become a contemporary obsession. We have co-created a modern society where detachment, loneliness and disconnection reigns supreme, despite our easy access to social media and communication technology. Against this background, the manic hunt for the ‘love of our life’ has become one of our generation’s most profoundly tragic acts of free will.
In my view, the most disturbing aspect of this ‘wild goose chase’ is the fact that it is so often encouraged, or even set into motion, by well-meaning psychic readers and relationship coaches! Guilt As A Spiritual Life Lesson
A recent traumatic incident with my cat had me really thinking about how each upsetting experience in life really helps me to identify all the more with my psychic reading clients. People often consult professional psychics when they are going through an intense emotion, just like the one I have personally experienced recently as one of my spiritual life lessons.
The unfortunate incident with my cat occurred just a couple of weeks ago. After nine years of sticking to a routine of treating first dogs, and then cats, with an anti-tick solution, I did the unthinkable, and treated my young cat Prince first. Without thinking, I applied to his skin a larger vial than usual, suitable for a medium weight dog. Within minutes Prince was angry and in discomfort, and then I realized what I’d done! Astragalomancy – Divination With Dice
A bone throwing reading I did for a client recently prompted me to go back to some of my old notes on using dice as a divination tool. Using dice to divine is known as Astragalomancy.
Many of my clients are fascinated by some of the unusual items to be found in my bone-throwing divination pouch. I have some interesting pieces, from the original animal bones I was given during my training in this shamanic art, to crystals and other trinkets which all have a special personal meaning to me. Because of the special meaning attached to each item, it often adds extra depth to an interpretation. I also use different types of dice, which I combine with the bone throwing, including the more familiar dice with numbers to some I have with African wildlife images carved into them. Fulfilling Your Soul’s Calling
A very close friend often said to me, “You are so lucky doing the work you love. I just do what I do as a means to an end, but I certainly don’t share the passion that you have for your work.”
Although I always knew working with spirit, in order to help people find direction, was what I desired to do on a full-time basis, I wasn’t always in a position to do so. Not to mention, to be able to do the work I love from home, surrounded by my menagerie of dogs and cats. I am so grateful to be able to now fulfill my life purpose.
It also dawned on me today that doing what I love to do has also enabled me to focus on my other passion, which is promoting and networking for animal rescue. Although, I am not yet in a place where I can physically go out and put in the physical work aiding rescue animals, I am able to spend time networking online on behalf of rescue centers internationally. I contribute by promoting these projects on social media whenever possible, and by donating to animal organizations I feel are legitimate. Continue reading
