Catching The Bogey Man
At a particular time in their life, some people may feel that they have not achieved much success in their career, romantic life, or health and well-being. And often these people accept it to be due to their own wrongdoing. But negative energy in our lives is not always of our own volition.
Granted, when applicable, we should admit that we sometimes might have been operating from a negative vibration, which aids the expansion of such feelings of doubt and a lack of confidence. But sometimes these negative energies in our lives are caused by dark and destructive spiritual forces.
There are unknown entities out there patiently waiting for the opportunity to take control of some unsuspecting soul, especially if you are experiencing trauma, chaos or indecision. One of the main reasons these entities find it so easy to take over and manipulate us in these opportune moments, is because we are feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable. Confusion takes over and our defenses are down. We do not always have the clarity in such difficult times to see what is impeding our progress. Continue reading
My First Lesson In Karma
When we are young and inundated with life, wrapped up in the goings on of early adulthood, we sometimes miss important moments. But fortunately we can sometimes go back and touch on those things with our mind that we didn’t take the time for during those early years.
For example, I was thinking recently about a friend I used to go visit a lot when I was younger. She was from another country and her parents were much older than most who had a 15-year-old child.
We used to have sleepovers. One memory that stands out is waking up at her house one particular morning and looking out her bedroom window. It was late fall and I remember seeing her father sitting on a chair in their backyard, near the edge of the woods. He was playing a musical instrument which was some sort of Native American flute. Managing Emotions With Jupiter In Scorpio
So much has transpired since the Summer eclipse season, which brought upon us lots of change and dramatic events.
Many people experienced traumatic situations, or began to question their purpose, which triggered a storm of emotions for some. While some are handling these changes well, it is overwhelming for others, because the energies are currently much more intense, and somewhat imbalanced.
With Jupiter now in Scorpio, for the next year, a lot of stuff will come to the surface on a personal and political level, which may be a little painful, but necessary to help create positive change. Continue reading
Spiritual Growth In Being Wrongly Blamed
We all tend to be terribly upset when blamed for something we haven’t done, or said. I have also found myself in situations of being blamed unfairly. This made me wonder… if everything happens for a reason, as many spiritual teachings suggest, then what is the lesson here?
My conclusion is that, perhaps, we can help ourselves by acknowledging the lesson in the unpleasant situation, as well as forgiving those who knew no better, in order to let them off the hook. Seeing things in this perspective can shift us to a place where we feel we’ve learned from the experience, and that we don’t need to attract the same pattern again. Continue reading
The Healing Of Corey
In order to sort out the peculiarities of an odd situation that I am trying to decipher here, allow me to give you some background on the person this involves in order that you may draw your own conclusion as to what actually did transpire. And if it appears to you that this might seem just some idle ramblings of mine, I trust at the end of this narration you will be able to connect the dots for yourself, and arrive at a viable conclusion.
There is a young man I know by the name of Corey, who was born in a small town to impoverished parents. He was the youngest of a brood of eleven children. Even though Corey had a baby sister, it became immediately apparent after his birth that he would become the apple of his father’s eye. Continue reading
We Are Not All Raised The Same Way
When dealing with those who don’t show kindness, or people who are not civil towards others, it’s important to remember that everyone is not raised the same way.
I speak to several clients every day. Being an empathic, intuitive person, I can tell when someone has not been told that they are loved. Some folks never enjoyed special family time growing up, and some never even connected with at least one parent. It is really sad.
This is when I give self-care advice, which my clients love. The great feedback I get from my clients about this is that self-care empowers them to become less critical and judgmental of themselves and others. They just feel more free to be themselves, and allow others to be who they are. They learn to accept those who see things differently from themselves. Continue reading
