In the northern hemisphere September 23rd marked the Autumn Equinox and the start of fall. In these days we traditionally celebrate harvests and the bounty of summer, and enjoy the last warm days before winter. But what to do about the increasing lack of sunlight?
In our psychic lives, we need the energy of the sun as much as we need water, air, or ground under our feet. Sunlight represents the fourth essential spiritual element of fire. If we don’t have enough of it, we can easily become depressed and lose touch with our psychic self.
So how can we incorporate the sun in our daily lives, even if we can’t afford a winter home in Hawaii? The most obvious answer is to make time to get natural sunlight. Sorry, but that artificial sunlamp in your office doesn’t count! The Quantum – Moving From ‘Being’ To ‘Creating’
Quantum physics deals with the behavior of matter and energy on a minuscule scale – the scale of atoms and subatomic particles. Atoms are tiny force fields described as waves and research has shown that atoms can spread out to be in more than one place at one time.
In the quantum world, common sense is violated and has no place. On the quantum level atoms become fuzzy and erratic. Particles appear and disappear at random. Nothing is certain. In other words, atoms are like people – they are hard to predict with absolute certainty.
We are basically light and information – patterns of energy. At the quantum level there are infinite amounts of energy in a very, very small amount of time. The energy cannot be observed, so you don’t know what it is. It’s a place where miracles happen and all the possibilities come together. Drama, Chaos, Anger, Oh My!
I have known too many friends, relatives, family members and clients who have suffered needlessly because of disease (dis-ease) and many different health ailments, all because they couldn’t get away from negative people and situations. Exploring Reincarnation And Past Lives
Anyone who has studied physics knows that energy can neither be created, nor destroyed. We, our souls, are no different. The life we are living is just one in a series of many. As the universe is infinite and exists on multiple dimensions, so do we. This is the concept of reincarnation, or literally, a soul being born into a different body.

Say Good Morning To The World
Yesterday was a real hard one for me; too many things going wrong: kids not observing rules, friends who just needed a few minutes to talk, family calling with one problem or another, and then being notified to fill in at work at the last minute.
Good morning to the World.
There I went, off to the craziness of another day in the old rat race of work, and family chaos.
But this morning I took a different approach, by returning to my usual daily routine. Seeing the Sun rising high in the East, I went outside to sit on the bench with my second cup of espresso. To charge up my energy I started singing O’ Sole Mio in a clear, strong voice. This is the best way to welcome the blessings of another day – before everyone else wakes up. Continue reading
Three Crystal Cleansing Methods
Crystals hold energy, so when you first get a crystal it is best to cleanse them before use. This does not mean that the vibrational energy within the crystal is not valuable without cleansing, but I have found that cleansing my crystals regularly brings out the best quality of experience in crystal therapy.
Below are three methods of cleansing crystals. There are several different methods for cleansing, these are just three common methods and by no means a complete list of cleansing routines. It is best to find the method that works most effectively for you.
One thing to remember about crystals is they respond to intention. They can certainly aid us in discovery and assist us in bringing about change, but the reality is that if we remain unwilling to change in certain areas of our lives the crystals themselves will have little effect. It is important with all healing practices that you take a holistic approach, and adopt methods that assist you in many ways.
