The Negatively Charged Creates Dis-ease For All
In today’s hectic, fast-paced world it is easy for one to get caught up in worry, anxiety, fear, tension or desperation. The stressed among us seem to be running around and really getting nothing accomplished. They are slaves to the same routine every day – a meaningless hustle and bustle.
In my experience, people who live more peaceful, centered lives don’t seem to have as many doctor visits, illnesses and complaints as their busy friends and family members. Too much stress causes disease and destroys one’s well-being. It causes you to become charged with negative, toxic energy.
The bottom-line is that Dis-ease equals disease. Our body talks to us through illness. When our mind, body and Spirit are out of alignment, our physical system breaks down and we suffer.

This problem is made worse by alcohol and substance abuse, which stressed, unbalanced individuals often use as a coping mechanism. There is a huge difference in the wellness of those who simply lead busy lives, and those who lead busy lives, but also use alcohol or other substances to numb their mental faculties.
Escaping one’s stressful existence through drinking and drugs only serves to make matters worse. And not only do these negatively charged people destroy their own well-being, they also impact the people around them. You can do all you can to be healthy in mind, body and spirit, but if you live with someone who is negative your health and wellness will suffer too.
Negativity breeds more negativity. Living with someone who is negative can adversely affect your health and spiritual well-being. I see many of my clients having to live or work around people who emanate angry, negative tension.
Think about how balanced you are in your own life, and then think about all the people that orbit around you daily. Ask yourself if they are effecting your happiness. In my next blog I will share guidelines how to protect yourself from negatively charged people in this state of self-sabotage.
