Be Brave My Fellow Indigo
A zealous pastor once pointed at me in front of a congregation of churchgoers and said, “You, young man, will someday go into the darkest of places and bring many souls to the Light.” At the time I did not realize that I would first have to drag myself through a dark night of the soul, before his prophecy would finally become manifest and I would be of any real use to anyone else.
As ethereal and cool as his words may have sounded at the time, the actual journey itself was certainly not a glamorous affair! Yet, I still consider myself to be one of the lucky ones.
I have been asked why my first book, Divine Living, was dedicated to “those Indigo Souls of my generation who may have lost their way.” As a formerly lost, unconscious Lightworker, and one of the seemingly misplaced New Children, it was simply my hope that my experiences might inspire others of my kind. Finding Your Ideal Psychic Reader
As with any other professional, choosing the right psychic reader for you can be a tricky process. Just like you wouldn’t want your dentist or auto mechanic to be the wrong fit, neither should your chosen psychic!
The best approach to take is to trust your instincts. Know what you are looking for in your reader. Do you want answers to specific questions? Are you trying to commune with the spirit of a loved one? Hoping to learn more about yourself? These are all important questions, as no two readers are alike, and the more tailored your search for a psychic, the more likely you are to find the best match.
Don’t be afraid to “interview” potential readers. The good ones are professionals and will not be offended, as long as you approach them in a diplomatic, respectful manner. I have been doing psychic readings for many years, and the one thing I am absolutely confident of is that all human beings have psychic or intuitive potential. This always brings up the question, “If all people are psychic, why would anyone need to go to a psychic?”
The best way to answer this question is to understand that there are three types of individuals that go to psychics.

Growing Up Psychic – Part 2
After my mom sat me down to talk to me about my inherited psychic abilities, she wanted me to have a better understanding of my gifts. Although I am one of the third-generation of psychics in my family, I still didn’t know how to deal with this new found awareness until my junior year at high school.
When my parents decided to buy another house we thought our troubles with the hauntings would finally be over, but it was only a new beginning and things started to get worse. Not only did the paranormal activity become more intense, but more things were disappearing at the new house.
My parents had the house blessed before we moved in, but a few months after that the paranormal activity started up again. It was not only affecting my family, but my friends also. It was difficult for me to get anyone to spend the night at my house. Continue reading
Growing Up Psychic – Part 1
I was born into a psychic family who lived in a haunted home. I was unaware of this at first and knew nothing about mediumship, clairvoyance or the supernatural. But the quest for answers began at a young age. It was inevitable, since there was a lot of paranormal activity in our house and I had a natural curiosity about all things paranormal.
I didn’t know at the time about being gifted or communicating with ghost or spirits, but I did notice whenever I went over to a friend’s house that I could feel a difference in the energy at his house. It was nothing like what I experienced at my parents’ house. And when I went to both grandparents’ homes I could feel that something was trying to communicate with me there. Everyday Life Happens To Psychics Too
To be in this world, but not of it… I imagine this motto might be the secret ideal of many a psychic advisor. Clients tend to view us as being calm and together at all times. However, life happens to psychics too.
For example, right now I am nursing a very sickly husband and seeing to some extra chores that he usually attends to. So, even though we prepare for the psychic readings we offer, we still have our own life’s everyday challenges and officialdom to deal with.
Unless we go and reside in a cave somewhere, I guess we will always be exposed to some form of general chaos around us! Of course, this does help us to identify with our clients when they say they are running around like “headless chickens” in their lives. Continue reading
The Sixth Chakra
The sixth chakra, or Ajna is located at the brow, right between the two physical eyes. It is symbolized by a lotus with two petals.
The animal totem of the sixth chakra is the black antelope or black panther. The musical note that resonates with this chakra is “A”. This is considered the intuition chakra and it is also referred to as the Third Eye.
It rules the sinuses, optic nerve, eyes, forehead and the frontal lobe of the brain. Its corresponding gland is the pineal gland.
The color for this chakra is a deep indigo. Foods to stimulate this chakra include Eggplant, blackberries, red cabbage.
Physically, Ajna deals with vision. Emotionally it deals with clarity on an intuitive level and mentally with visual consciousness. Spiritually it deals with compassion, empathy, foresight and psychic ability. Empaths, mediums, psychics, and intuitives usually have a very developed and open sixth chakra. Continue reading
