What we think, and what we believe, is what we become. We create our own reality. Constantly exposing yourself to popular culture and the mass media will ultimately shape your reality tunnel in ways that are not necessarily conducive to achieving your Soul Purpose and Life Calling. Modern society has generally ‘lost the plot’. Slavishly following its false gods and idols makes no sense in a spiritually aware life.
The same holds true for toxic relationships, and people in your life who consistently indulge in negativity, cynicism, prejudice, fear-mongering, pessimism, and hatred. But have no illusions – the opposite extreme is just as noxious. Be equally cautious of those who deem themselves spiritually superior or ‘holier-than-thou’. Be wary of the well-meaning souls who profess themselves to be paragons of unconditional love and light, or who claim they have attained perfect insight into all the mysteries of the Universe. The Psychic Sense Of Smell
Did you know that someone who passed on can communicate with us using our sense of smell. I have heard of people smelling cigars and flowers, or even peppermint sticks.
I experienced this phenomenon myself on the Bicentennial weekend of July 4th, 1976. My grandfather who passed years before always smoked those little cigars that had a sweet smell, and when he came over and spend the weekend he would smoke them. And the same with my father; he was also a cigar smoker. I can remember that smell like it was yesterday, but oddly the smell would not have the same flavor as my grandfather’s cigar smoke. The Potential Power Of Telepathy
Have you ever had a thought or a feeling that someone was thinking about you? Before we had caller ID and the phone was ringing your would sometime have that feeling who might be on the other end.
Is it possible that someone can connect to a person’s energy through their spirit guide? Is it possible to get an old schoolmate or an former boyfriend to contact you through using your mind? What if you had a song that you really like when you were a kid and could you could use certain lines from the song to communicate telepathically?
I do believe all these things are possible. I feel that human minds can communicate across time and space without limitation. You often hear of instances where a mother knew that something had happen to one of her children, because the child was yelling out to her or calling her. Ectoplasm The Basis Of Spirit Manifestation
Ectoplasm is an outer layer of protoplasm; one could say it is an etherealized protoplasm. Protoplasm is the basis of all plant and animal life.
Physical mediumship requires either a superabundance of one of the chemicals contained in protoplasm, or the addition of an unknown chemical built up by spirit power. This substance in its many forms is used as the basis of all physical spirit manifestation.
It forms the body and clothing of a materialized spirit. It is also used in telekinesis and automatic writing. In fact, even the tiniest of spirit raps cannot be produced without the aid of a physical body from which is drawn the necessary ectoplasm.
Spirits, without the use of a material instrument, are powerless to produce a sound or anything that comes into the range of our five physical senses, for they live in a higher range of vibration of which we are unconscious. To produce any form of sound they need ectoplasm. Ectoplasm is the key to how spiritual entities manifest once again in a body that can be seen and even, sometimes, touched. Continue reading
Care Of The Soul
One radical difference between care of the soul and a great deal of modern psychological work is that the former offers a profound appreciation for the personalities who are important in our lives, even if they are flawed people and even if the relationship is not perfect. Psychology prefers to analyze with the goal of increased understanding, yet understanding does little for the soul.
Imagine telling stories of those that have crossed over, not for insight into ourselves, but simply to establish a deep, continuing relationship with them. The soul is given eternity in that exchange, while understanding offers it little more than another fragment of logic. It has nothing to do with establishing a home for the infinite within our finite lives. Continue reading

I posted an article a couple of weeks ago titled We Should Choose Our Words More Carefully, about ‘words’ and how powerful they can be. I showed how words are vibration and vibration can not only build but, also destroy.
So, for your amusement and mine, I have compiled a long list of words. To show the hidden meanings in the words we use.
I believe that our names, words and phrases contain hidden clues about each one of us and the things or places around us.

Sixth Sense A Link To The Other Side
It is generally accepted that we only have five senses, namely sight, hearing, smell, feeling and tasting. But have you ever wondered about the sixth sense?
Believe or not, we all have six senses. There is the normal five, but each of them has a deeper dimension, which is collectively known as the ‘sixth sense’.
When someone close to us crosses over to the other side they use our sixth sense to let us know that they’re still around. Not only do they do this to let us know that they are in a better place now, but also to reassure us that they’re thinking about us. Continue reading
