Controlling Your Psychic Powers
When fictional characters, like Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, train to use their abilities, one of the first things their mentors, such as Yoda, tell them is that they must learn control. This is just as important to us as we use our own metaphysical abilities in the real world.
The first and foremost reason for this is that we have to use any psychic ability given to us for our own good, and that of others. If we use these abilities without mindful intent behind them, or with hostile intent, they can be very counter-productive.
So, how is control learned? An easy way to start is by ridding ourselves of negative influences and objects. As the ancient system of Feng Shui dictates, our environments reflect our internal states. Mediumship Is Not A Psychic Sideshow
Mediumship presented as entertainment is a double-edged sword. The media hype generated by psychic television shows, and live stage performances featuring celebrity mediums, has no doubt contributed much to an increased public awareness of mediumship. It has liberated spiritualism from the stereotype of the 19th century séance by bringing the work of the psychic medium into the public domain, and into mainstream pop culture.
But does mediumship as an entertainment genre do spiritualism and the daily work of psychics any real justice? I am certainly not a purist. Neither am I a traditionalist when it comes to spiritual matters. I tend to shy away from any form of fundamentalism or fanaticism. But having the work of talented mediums dished up as trivial amusement has certainly proven to be a mixed blessing in my own practice as psychic medium. Continue reading
Be Brave My Fellow Indigo
A zealous pastor once pointed at me in front of a congregation of churchgoers and said, “You, young man, will someday go into the darkest of places and bring many souls to the Light.” At the time I did not realize that I would first have to drag myself through a dark night of the soul, before his prophecy would finally become manifest and I would be of any real use to anyone else.
As ethereal and cool as his words may have sounded at the time, the actual journey itself was certainly not a glamorous affair! Yet, I still consider myself to be one of the lucky ones.
I have been asked why my first book, Divine Living, was dedicated to “those Indigo Souls of my generation who may have lost their way.” As a formerly lost, unconscious Lightworker, and one of the seemingly misplaced New Children, it was simply my hope that my experiences might inspire others of my kind. Liberty And Psychic Connection For All
I have been doing psychic readings for many years, and the one thing I am absolutely confident of is that all human beings have psychic or intuitive potential. This always brings up the question, “If all people are psychic, why would anyone need to go to a psychic?”
The best way to answer this question is to understand that there are three types of individuals that go to psychics.
The first type of individual goes to a psychic because they have insecurity about the future. This is certainly a valid reason to get a psychic reading, and those of us who are career psychics are certainly here to help these individuals. Psychics And Mediums: What’s the Difference?
Many people automatically assume that psychics and mediums are one and the same. The truth is, all mediums are psychic, but not all psychics are mediums.
By definition, a psychic is any person with some form of extrasensory perception (ESP). ESP takes different forms and some psychics are gifted in more than one area. A medium, by contrast, is a very specific kind of psychic, someone who can communicate directly with the spirit realms.
For many reasons, psychics are sometimes viewed more skeptically than mediums by the average person. There is no “proven” way to tell if someone is psychic; everyone has some degree of psychic ability, but some are naturally more gifted than others. Mediums, on the other hand, can often convey specific, accurate or familiar information from a deceased friend or family member to a bereaved survivor. Continue reading

Have you ever wondered what your gifts are? What you came to this planet to do? What would make you the most happiest?
What your passion is, is what your gift to the world is. So many of my clients ask me what would give them the greatest amount of happiness. Sometimes I will look at their birth chart or just share what I’m picking up intuitively.
Often I will also share ways they can find out what their gifts are all on their own. There are a few steps:

Growing Up Psychic – Part 2
After my mom sat me down to talk to me about my inherited psychic abilities, she wanted me to have a better understanding of my gifts. Although I am one of the third-generation of psychics in my family, I still didn’t know how to deal with this new found awareness until my junior year at high school.
When my parents decided to buy another house we thought our troubles with the hauntings would finally be over, but it was only a new beginning and things started to get worse. Not only did the paranormal activity become more intense, but more things were disappearing at the new house.
My parents had the house blessed before we moved in, but a few months after that the paranormal activity started up again. It was not only affecting my family, but my friends also. It was difficult for me to get anyone to spend the night at my house. Continue reading
