Stay Away From Those ‘Basket Thieves’
Your hopes, your dreams, your wishes and aspirations, all of your visions for your life are stacked together in your own little basket of hope. I have one. So does my neighbor, and my best friend too. Be it in our minds, or on paper, we all have that little basket of hope. Or one could even go so far as to call it a “bucket list”. I call it my “basket of hope”. Same difference.
Recently I had the misfortune of coming across a “basket thief” – kind of like a horse whisperer or a dog whisperer, except not nearly the positive experience either one of the above can bring. A basket thief doesn’t come to you to whisper in your ear about your hopes and your dreams. They don’t even really care about your hopes and dreams. Spiritual Awakening, Now What?
A few years ago, in the time leading up to 2012, I wrote a blog post about the symptoms of spiritual awakening. Well, here we are in 2014 and some of us are wondering what to do now?
Some of us feel as though we didn’t make it. Some of us are wondering if we made it, but don’t know it? Some feel as though they have awakened, but have hit a plateau and are unsure of what to do next.
All of these examples are types of plateaus we must face in our diverse journeys. I can only offer advice on what I have personally dealt with and come to embrace in my own.
Why Do You Prefer One Psychic Over Another?
I sometimes wonder how it happens that a specific client would decide to pick me to do a reading for them. I have discovered over the years that the reasons vary as much as people’s personalities and their unique circumstances.
The most common reason is that a client will just relate more easily with a certain psychic’s personality. Professional psychics also tend to feel a much stronger connection with some people than with others. The possibilities are endless, the same way we easily relate to some people, while we just do not get along with others.

Beware Of Psychic Scams With An Ominous Twist
In some of my previous blogs I wrote about fake psychics wanting to get their hands on your hard-earned money. Well, this time I want to warn you about another kind of psychic scam – fake psychics who are not only after your money, but who are also energy vampires. Yes, the main aim of this species of troll is to make you feel bad, upset you emotionally or send you into a state of depression… and then make you pay for it with cash.
Recently, I had a client who called me about a man that she really cares about. She had first gone to a ‘psychic reader’ who works close to her hometown. This ‘psychic’ told her some really nasty stuff that upset her tremendously, it sent her into an emotional tailspin. Patience Is The Key To Building Bridges
New relationships are not easy. Building that bridge between yourself and another person might get confusing, because of the past. When two people meet for the first time it can be very exciting for them both, and they will most likely have that ‘glow’ that is so bright around them. You can usually see a change both of them.
But as time goes by, it sometimes happens that one person begins to pull away, or pushes the other person away, because of their fears. They become anxious that what had happened to them in the past, might happen to them today. False hopes and broken promises are part of the baggage most of us carry into new relationships. Prayers For A Prodigal Son
I had been wanting to write this for some time, hoping to use the right words to say this. I feel the time is now.
Recently, we celebrated another Father’s Day in many countries all over the world. For the seventh year in a row I did not see my son, Raymond. Yes, as always I got my hopes up, only to be disappointed again. I usually try to prepare myself days in advance, to get myself out of a bad attitude for knowing that he won’t be around.
I am sure there many fathers or mothers who do not get to see their children. I was a good father, and I know that no one can take that away from me. Father’s Day is a lot harder to me than Thanksgiving or even Christmas, because that one day out of the year is to honor your parents. The Powerful Magic Of Being Authentic
If anyone were to ask me what the highlight of my life has been thus far, I would not even need a nanosecond to think about it. It is the easiest question I could ever answer.
