A Healing Message From The Afterlife
I have just finished a mediumship reading for a client and I am feeling rather drained, but very satisfied. I had to connect with her deceased grandfather, who had passed suddenly in his sleep. Her grandma also passed a year earlier, around the same time.
She knew that he would go not too long after Grandma, as they lived together for 60 plus years. They married very young and had a busy family life, after having all five their children within the first decade of marriage.
She asked me to see if he had any messages for her, and he certainly did. He said that she needed to take better care of herself and that if she didn’t she might end up with diabetes. The Color Palette Of Your Life
You get to choose which colors you like to have on the palette of your life – not what anyone else thinks you should have. It’s okay to paint exactly as you wish, as all great artist do. Color can empower you, color can uplift you, color can heal.
Embrace all your favorite colors, even the darker shades, including black. A lot of people fear the color black, but without the darkness of the shadows we cannot truly appreciate the light. I personally like the color black. It makes me feel good about myself. A few years ago I went to court for my divorce hearing. I had no lawyer; I chose to represent myself. I was wearing a black dress suit, with large, black leather purse. The judge took me seriously and granted all that I negotiated for. I give credit to my choice of wearing the color black. The Benefits Of Himalayan Salt Lamps
One of the best investments to make in your home today is a Himalayan salt lamp. It is typically a large piece (or pieces) of pure salt from the mountain range of the same name. The real thing, as opposed to imitators made from rock salt or less pure forms, is mined in the Punjab provinces of India and Pakistan.

The Beach Boys hit song Good Vibrations is more than just a catchy title. Our bodies and minds are constantly engaged in “pickin’ up good vibrations.” We are all composed of energy manifesting as matter, as are our environments. At a very basic level it is the interaction of atoms and molecules, and our behaviors have a lot to do with those interactions.
The unfortunate truth is, we’re also surrounded by negative influences. Stress, poor diet and nutrition, and lack of exposure to a natural environment are common in the busy, urban world many of us now live in. Literally, they are everywhere we turn, and it can be overwhelming.
Often we treat these symptoms with even more harmful solutions, such as artificial medicines, negative thinking, alcohol or narcotics, or non-wholesome foods. It’s a vicious cycle. However, there is a way to escape and break free. Continue reading
What Your Face Is Telling You
There is an ancient belief system that everything can be seen in one’s face. Your emotional state, your physical state, warnings, strengths and weaknesses. Lines on the forehead are said to represent issues with the intestines. Lines between the eyebrows, just above the eyes, represent issues with the liver, while lines under the eyes represent issues with the kidneys. Lines or swelling of the nose represent issues with the heart, and lines above the lip, below the nose, represent issues with the sexual organs.

Cats Are Great Spiritual Teachers
When I think of the word love I think of my two cats. I have two cats and love them dearly. Most of the people I know also own cats, but we all seem to agree that we don’t really own our cats… our cats own us. We also agree that our lives are better, sweeter and more peaceful with our sweet precious cats. I feel a home isn’t truly a home unless there is a cat that dwells in it.
Cats are highly intuitive and very sensitive. They sense energy and can pick up on static electricity, ultrasonic sounds and changes in vibration.
