People long to be acknowledged, and from my experience this is something people in many parts of the world are missing, as we all rush from place to place. The inhabitants of a modern day home tend to become like passing ships in the night to their loved ones, and hardly communicate with one another.

Psychic Advice For The Holiday Madness
It’s important this season to remember not everyone is kind, and not everyone cares and is compassionate. I can relate to my clients when they say it is really difficult to be around certain people during the holidays, because of the ego, pride issues that many have. It does little for one’s peace of mind.
I give the same advice I try and bide by myself, which is remembering these people we only have to see once or twice a year. So, try your best to be civil. It’s hard even for those of us that remote view and see how our ‘loved ones’ speak so ‘lovingly’ of us behind our back, and how they focus on the things of this world instead of what matters the most. We Need A Critical Mass Of Love And Kindness!
In the 1950’s, Japanese researchers were studying a group of monkeys located on several Japanese islands. The scientists would regularly drop food onto the beaches for the monkeys.
One day, a female monkey picked up a sweet potato and washed the sand and dirt off in a nearby stream. Soon after, the mother of the juvenile monkey was also washing her sweet potatoes in the stream. In this unusual case it was a youngster had taught an adult and not the other way around, as is more commonly observed.
Over the course of the next five years, one by one, several of the other monkeys of the group also picked up the habit of washing off their sweet potatoes. The exact number is unclear, but something amazing is said to have happened – as if overnight, all of the monkeys were washing their potatoes in streams, and in the sea. The Highly Sensitive Person’s Survival Guide
Imagine for a moment that you have a radio, and instead of tuning in to a single stations, all of the stations are playing at once. That’s what life sometimes feels like to a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) – a designation coined by psychologist Dr. Elaine Aron, which indicates someone whose senses are more attuned than normal to the stimuli around them. The word “empath” is sometimes used to describe highly sensitive people, and other groups, such as those on the autism spectrum.
Aside from sealing themselves in soundproof rooms, or wrapping up in padded clothing, what can they do in a world which sometimes delivers sensory overload? It’s best for the HSP to avoid certain things and situations. Continue reading
Lessons In Love – Part 2
My guides have shared with me on many occasions how love is what changes it all. It is what can turn dis-ease into ease, and disease into healing.
We can choose to fill our minds and hearts with love and direct it outward to those who cause us discomfort, grief, strife and drain us. If we make the free will choice to do this, something begins to happen in our lives. Healing happens. Healing with our emotions. Our anxiety melts away. If someone drops their poison upon us with their negative comments, we can chose to return that with love and kindness.
It is absolutely not an easy thing to do at first, but once you’ve experienced the healing effect of filling your life, mind and heart with unconditional love, you won’t want to do it any other way in the future. Continue reading

Life is difficult at times, but it doesn’t have to be. There is one ingredient, one key element that we can all apply to make life less stressful. It can make life so much more enjoyable and fulfilling. What is it you ask? Why it is love!
“Love? Get real!” you may say, because you have had your fair share of disappointment, heartbreak, and even betrayal.
Many of my clients have had such life-challenging trials and tribulations. I always encourage them to find love in their heart, despite whatever they may have gone through. Yes, unconditional love is powerful! Let it permeate every cell of your being and direct it outwards to those who are difficult to be with. Send it to those who you otherwise can’t stand, or dread to be around. Allow the healing power of love to be the soothing balm in and around your entire being. Continue reading
Talking To The Animals
I am often contacted for psychic readings about animals: missing cats, dogs present and past, sick horses and, even that brutal question as to whether it would be kinder to end an ailing animal’s suffering. Today, just such a request came in from a long-standing client, asking me to communicate with her little doggie, Patches.
She needed to know if Patches wanted to continue, or whether he preferred to be released from his physical discomfort and allowed to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. She knew he wasn’t feeling well, and yet, the veterinarians have been unable to diagnose his problem. It’s one of the most heart-wrenching requests I have been faced with in some time.
I sat quietly and envisioned Patches in my mind’s eye. He kept showing me the number 12. Before going further, I contacted Patches’ owner, and asked her the meaning of the 12. He is twelve years old, my client responded. Although the ultimate decision will be my client’s, I felt this was a subliminal message from Patches – his planned life span was to be here for 12 years.
