The Angel Messages In Number Patterns
Two ideas in the psychic realm often overlap: our angel guides and the symbolism of numbers. Each of us has guardian angels or spiritual guides. If we are spiritually aware we often also notice that we see certain patterns of numbers throughout the day and in our dreams: the time, dates, addresses, phone numbers, road signs. These are often messages from our angels!

Controlling Your Psychic Powers
When fictional characters, like Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, train to use their abilities, one of the first things their mentors, such as Yoda, tell them is that they must learn control. This is just as important to us as we use our own metaphysical abilities in the real world.
The first and foremost reason for this is that we have to use any psychic ability given to us for our own good, and that of others. If we use these abilities without mindful intent behind them, or with hostile intent, they can be very counter-productive.
So, how is control learned? An easy way to start is by ridding ourselves of negative influences and objects. As the ancient system of Feng Shui dictates, our environments reflect our internal states. Working With A Pendulum
The pendulum, when used for the highest good for yourself and others, can be great for spiritual growth and psychic development. Everyone is capable of using a pendulum in my opinion. It’s all about practice, practice, practice and the desire to become proficient with the pendulum.
Constant practice and experimentation will ensure ultimate success. When you start out with the pendulum, don’t be afraid to make a mistake, for mistakes are how people learn. Don’t get hung up on how it’s ‘supposed’ to work. How it chooses to work for the individual is the best way for that person.
With practice the results become reliable and clear. With experimentation and persistence one becomes more in tune with the higher self, subconscious and spirit. Asking Your Spirit Helpers To Help Solve Problems
Earlier this week, I called upon my spirit helpers to assist me in finding some direction. I needed some help with something which, although not yet urgent, has been niggling at me. I needed to find some information which I would require soon. Although there is information on the subject available online, I hadn’t been able to come up with anything useful to date, even after doing several searches.
So, two night ago, I asked my guides to point me in the right direction and sure enough, today, I did a random search, typing in keywords which literally ‘popped up’ from nowhere. These search terms brought up some useful information and contacts. I believe spirit delivered, and quickly!
When I invoke spirit’s help, I usually call upon my angels and guides individually, but this time, prior to going to sleep, I envisioned I was liaising with the same council of wise beings I recall being summoned to during a life threatening illness many years ago. At that point in my life there was a decision to be made in the presence of these wise souls, as to whether or not I was going to come back to this earth plane. I was on life support at the time. “Mindfulness” is a spiritual concept that has been thrown around a lot these days, but how many of us truly know what it really means? Let’s take a closer look.
Mindfulness basically refers to being fully aware, moment-to-moment, of our subjective conscious experience. But if we look at the components of the word itself, it might actually mean “making our mind full.” This in itself is a strange idea: because it is believed that most of us use only a portion of our mental power, how can we possibly employ it to its full potential?
To be mindful begins with becoming more aware of ourselves, our bodies, our surroundings. One of the reasons it is so difficult to grasp in our modern world is that we’re bombarded with sensory input. Think about the last time you went to the grocery store, or the mall.
