Spiritual Awakening, Now What?
A few years ago, in the time leading up to 2012, I wrote a blog post about the symptoms of spiritual awakening. Well, here we are in 2014 and some of us are wondering what to do now?
Some of us feel as though we didn’t make it. Some of us are wondering if we made it, but don’t know it? Some feel as though they have awakened, but have hit a plateau and are unsure of what to do next.
All of these examples are types of plateaus we must face in our diverse journeys. I can only offer advice on what I have personally dealt with and come to embrace in my own.

The Powerful Magic Of Being Authentic
If anyone were to ask me what the highlight of my life has been thus far, I would not even need a nanosecond to think about it. It is the easiest question I could ever answer. The most profound moment for me simply was the day I discovered the true power of authenticity. It was the day I discovered me.
Since that day, the quest for authenticity has completely altered my life. Like a Columbus of the heart, mind and soul I have hurled myself off the shores of my own fears and limiting beliefs, to venture far out into the uncharted territories of my inner truth in search of what it means to be genuine and at peace with who I really am. How To Attract True Love Into Your Life
Have you ever felt so good that not even the most negative person you encounter can ruin your day? That is the type of energy you need to envelope yourself in to be a magnet for attracting love and all that is positive into your life.
I have known some very sad individuals, who constantly get nowhere in life because they seem to be perpetually negative and assuming the worst. Whatever they look at or hear, they always put a negative spin on it – whatever it may be.
These negative people are to me a type of ‘energy vampire.’ They try to bring you down to their level so that they can feel better. If you are protected, however, you can remain in balance and alignment spiritually and emotionally. You can empower yourself on all levels, so that you essentially have an invisible, but very powerful shield of protection around you. This way you can deflect their negative energy. It goes right back to the sender, or the one who is trying to drop their ‘poison’ on you. Psychic Self-Defense
It is very important to always be aware of the energies swirling all around us. There are psychic vampires out there; there are people who will suck your energy dry if they can. Those of us that have learned to be open, and tune in to what others are feeling and thinking, can easily become victims of psychic attack.
It’s so important to practice psychic self-defense. One way to do this is to ask for your spiritual strength and psychic abilities to be deepened, so that the negative energy of others doesn’t hurt your mind, body and spirit.

Enhance Prosperity And Happiness With Citrine
Citrine, meaning “Lemon” in French, is a quartz crystal. Natural Citrine is pale yellow, to golden, to orange-brown, and often referred to as the “Merchant Stone”. Citrine is associated with the Sun, success and abundance. I call it my “prosperity enhancing aid”.

Letter To My Daughter
This is a letter to my daughter – if I had one, that is. But I don’t. So, this letter is to her, the daughter I might have had, and also to those young ladies I have known over the years who I have felt were like daughters to me.
My daughter’s name would have been Chantal-Marie, should she have been born. I suppose I could have had her, but life took its course and time slipped away. I was too busy mothering myself, I think, and I couldn’t have mothered her, in retrospect. But hindsight isn’t always 20:20 – don’t let anyone fool you.
So here goes. Strangely enough, I feel as though I were on the edge of a precipice as I write this. It is a most unexpected feeling. Continue reading
