Candle Divination
Certain rituals or daily actions can sometimes trigger a powerful memory. This just occurred as I was lighting some candles in my work area. The lighting of the candles prompted me to look for some notes I had tucked away relating to the flame of a candle, because for some reason my lit candles seemed to be demanding my attention.
Reading the notes took me back to a psychic awareness event I attended many years ago. A colorful lady, who made and sold her beautiful candles, gave an engaging talk at this get-together. She was passionate about the symbolism of the movement of the candle flame. She reminded her audience that as spirit affects the atmosphere around us, with anything from a gentle breeze to an icy chill in the air, they often also communicate with us by influencing the flame of a candle. Dream Symbols
Our dreams have been a source of fascination since the beginning of time. Clients sometimes ask me to help them interpret a dream that’s intrigued them, or which has been of great concern to them. I feel that the best people to interpret dreams are the dreamers themselves, but I will always give my take or feeling on the deeper meaning of the dream, and suggest they take my version on board only if it truly resonates for them.
Many cultures see dreams as life lessons, as a means for our ancestors or loved ones in spirit to connect with, and to communicate with us. Amongst those cultures, much emphasis is placed on dreams as a means of prophecy. Often these dreams are meant to guide us or to warn us of impending danger, but sometimes they are meant to just to show us that we are indeed loved by those in the spirit world. Continue reading
The Misunderstood Ouija Board
The most misunderstood item in the diviner’s toolbox is probably the Ouija board. Since its invention the debate continues to this day whether this famous item is merely a game, a glimpse into our subconscious, a gateway into the spirit realms, or even an “instrument of evil.”
Like any channeling object or psychic tool, the Ouija board must be used with great care and respect. Its origins go back to the late 19th century and the practice of spiritualism, or séances to connect with loved ones who had passed on. The Seven Signs Of Spiritual Awakening
We live in a world that loves the idea of results. “I lost twenty pounds,” we might say, or “I was chosen as employee of the month at work.”
On the spiritual side of things, though, there is no such thing. The universe does not operate on human terms. Which is why, when it is time for us to experience spiritual awakening (also called Epiphany), it cannot be measured or quantified.
Also, when we do finally awaken, it is only the first step in a much longer journey. Think of it as that little ball of snow that starts rolling down a hill, only to become much larger as it goes.
This process does not have to be a painful or difficult one. In fact, when we do begin to awaken, we will start to see the falsehoods, illusions, and painful truths of our lives within the “real” or physical state, as opposed to those in the spiritual realm. The Astrological Significance Of The Pleiades
I recently watched this amazing dance performance in a YouTube video which reminded me of special set of stars, and the power they hold in determining our path through life. The dance, titled Pleiades, was inspired by the grouping of stars by the same name. Not many people know that the Pleiades are actually significant in astrological terms.
Pleiades means “Seven Sisters,” and it refers to a star cluster that exists on the shoulder of Taurus (the bull) located at 00°00′ Gemini. But to understand this blog article you do not need to understand the technical dynamics of the star positioning.
In folk understanding of the Seven Stars this particular grouping of stars is often associated with homosexuality. My personal viewpoint is that they are not associated with being gay, but may very well be a contributing factor to being gay. As far as I am concerned, this particular grouping of stars is more associated with creativity, vision, passion, and often times intuitive understanding. Continue reading

Do you feel that your guides are helping you to connect with your soul or higher self on a daily basis? If not, it is most likely because you are not asking. Our spirit guides do not come to our aid without being requested. We must pray and ask for messages or signs.
