Creating Your Own Psychic Development Group
More and more spiritual seekers seem to be interested in joining forces with like-minded people these days. Some of my clients have expressed their interest in being part of a psychic development group, but they actually don’t know where to begin looking for such a gathering of souls.
The people I speak to come from all over the world, and so, it’s not that straightforward to recommend institutions or classes known to me. So, my suggestion is often, if you can’t find a suitable group in your area, why not start your own? A good way to start is with a few people and meet on a regular basis. Helping A Young Psychic Develop
A young person with a psychic gift must be recognized early on, and nurtured in their development. If not, they may experience a lot of confusion and even trauma. Their gift must be seen and experienced as a blessing, not a curse.
My niece Rachel was one of the more fortunate. She clearly had a gift from a very tender age. When she was a little girl I would give my brother and sister in-law some time off by babysitting Rachel and her older sister. Every time I would go over to their house to watch the kids, Rachel didn’t want me to read her normal children books. She would grab the family photo album and look specifically at old pictures of deceased family members. My Amazing First Experience With Psychometry
Several years ago, during a psychic awareness workshop at the Arthur Findlay College of Psychic Research in the UK, I had a profound experience with ribbon psychometry.
Exercises with psychometry are often done in groups of two, in which the participants exchange small personal items. Psychometry is the art of reading the energy imprints on objects. The objects can vary: photographs, jewelry or even a key-ring. These and other tokens must have meaning to, and has been handled primarily by their owner. The main objective is that the item carries the vibration of its owner.

The Blind Lady Who Looked At Pictures
An old friend of mine, who I have not heard from in a long time, called me recently and left a message on my voice mail to call him back. When I checked my messages I was surprised to hear from him after so many years.
I asked him how he got my number, since I have not talked to him for so long. Apparently he ran into my brother John at the gas station and asked him for my number. We made some small talk at first, and then told me he had some sad news – Sharon had passed away.
Sharon is my cousin and I was very shocked to hear this! But he quickly realized his mistake and pointed out that it was in fact not my cousin; he was referring to Sharon “the blind lady with the pictures”. Oh man, I have not seen her since my childhood, I exclaimed. Continue reading
The Terminology Of Spiritualism
In the study of Spiritualism, there are many words coined to cover conditions and manifestations out of the ordinary. Following are words and definitions of many of them:
1. Mediumship – The ability of human instruments to attune themselves to the vibrations of the spirit people and through peculiar chemical properties of their physical bodies to produce ectoplasm necessary for the manifestation of physical phenomena.
2. Clairvoyance – Clear seeing; soul seeing; lucidity; the ability to see with the spiritual eye those who have made the change called death and to see their names, messages and symbols written out in the ether. Continue reading
