Tree Insights
If you told me a month ago that I would have a conversation with a tree, I would most likely not have believed it. Not that I am closed off to such experiences, but rather because I have never had any kind of engagement with nature on this level.
This weekend I was hiking with some friends, and there was a moment when I was separated from them. One of my friends went ahead of me, and the other two lagged behind. We were on a train, so I was confident that we would eventually meet up. So, I appreciated this time to myself for reflection and contemplation.
I sat down and began to meditate. As I did so, I turned my attention to a very large tree that must have been there for hundreds of years. I recalled something that I had channeled in the book I was writing. I recently wrote about how everything has a spirit, including animals and plants. I had not really thought much about this in the past. Most of my spiritual insights have been associated with interactions with angels, spirit guides, and individuals who have passed on. You Can Love Others Without Harming Yourself
Some people are constantly looking for answers in others. They want so desperately to find that place where they will be forever happy, and centered, and complete. They look to others to find answers, insight and direction.
They sometimes find something that makes them feel content. But that only lasts for a moment. Then they are once again looking for something else to make them happy and feeling on the up and up. Their lives are a constant roller-coaster ride of highs and lows. They have sudden bursts of energy and happiness, then they are down again for the count, with that feeling of depression and helplessness that there is just no way out. Continue reading
Keep Calm And Blog On!
I have been doing psychic readings now for many, many moons. A favorite piece of advice I have been sharing with my clients over the years is to write stuff down when you are stressed. Just get it on paper, in any way, shape or form that you can!
When you feel depressed, distressed, angry or anxious, simply grab a pen or pencil and express how you feel. Write a letter, or some poetry, post your thoughts on the Facebook, or even blog about it. Expressing feelings in written words can be a huge relief and allows you to get them out of your system and release toxic emotions.
When you write how you feel, you are also letting it go. Many clients have expressed to me that they actually feel lighter and less stressed or anxious after writing a note to God or a short poem. Continue reading
Simple Ways To Restore Daily Balance
Every day, I try to find balance in my life and put it into action, but sometimes it is hard to do. And sometimes it’s hard to see the whole picture of what you’re wanting to do, to have that sense of happiness and well-being in your life.
I find what works best to get me back on track is to center myself mentally first, before I take on any of the daily challenges of life. I admit that I often need a pop of the good old caffeine to get my mind and body going in the morning, but experience has taught me it is much more constructive to focus on something positive at that time. Dealing With Complex Energies In One Reading

When psychic does a reading we often pick up on more than one energy, because our spirit guides work in many directions at the same time. Sometimes all these energies can sometimes make a psychic reading very complex.
For example, in a reading I may pick up on the energy of three people at the same time – all of them associated with the situation in a different way. The first person may be a female who is very shy. She has a crush on someone and she is very nervous around this person. She is scared and nervous about talking to this man. She had been on dates before in the past and she had been hurt a lot, so it is hard for her to start a conversation.
When I shift to the man’s energy I might sense that his energy level is very calm and he had a good day, and he was relaxing. So, now I am dealing with two types of energy levels – one at peace and the other very nervous. Continue reading
