Helping Each Other On Our Spiritual Journey
At some point in our lives we all cross paths with an individual who has a more profound effect on us than anybody else ever will. Sometimes these memorable encounters are due to something someone said at a critical phase in our lives, and their words then echo on in the years ahead. Or it may be a kindness someone shows us unexpectedly.
Such was the effect of a fascinating man I met more than 20 years ago. Paul is an esoteric counselor and I studied palmistry with him, as well as having past life regression under his supervision. Out-Of-Body Experience, Or Astral Travelling?
Out-of-body experience (OBE) is more generally known as astral travel or astral projection in esoteric circles. Many individuals find astral traveling helpful with their own personal development. They use this technique to visit places they would otherwise be unable to visit, or to meet up with loved ones on the other side. Astral travel is also a powerful way to meet up with your spirit guides, to visit future lives, and even for what is termed as “exploring the universe.”
Now and again, my cynical husband will let me in on some of his more ‘other worldly’ experiences over the years. The most recent revelation was about how he used to leave his body at will. Exploring My Alien Origins
Some time ago, I thought I might investigate where I had originated from, before I came into this Earth existence. I manage to find out I was from a place called “Jute,” somewhere out in the galaxy – destination unknown. That was the only piece of information I had at that time.
During a personal energy healing session I, I unexpectedly went back temporarily to that time. The color of this unknown world was a glorious and wondrous shimmering blue. I almost didn’t want to come back to this life! Thankfully, while I was there, I was having a conversation with one of the Seniors who was in partnership with me coming onto this plane and he did convince me that my work here was not yet completed.
Discovering my alien heritage all began with my quest for health. Recent life experiences made me think a lot about healthy living and well-being at my age. I have tried many different healing methods and products to do a thorough cleansing, but have never been very successful. Exploring Your Past Lives
Because the life we’re now living is one of only countless past and future lifetimes our soul will experience, there will be times when we experience the strange sense of déjà vu. We all have those moment when we feel that we’ve been somewhere, seen something, or met someone before, even when that seems impossible. And we probably have!
Although our conscious mind does not remember the events of a past life, our body (in fact, science tells us, our very cells) do remember. This phenomenon can appear in different forms. Some of us may be drawn to a particular culture or language, even if we’ve never been there. For example, you may be American, but feel an affinity for all things Japanese. Perhaps certain smells or tastes will trigger a subconscious past life memory. In this life, we experience only one set of sensory inputs. Moldavite: A Connection To Higher Realms
I love my crystals. I have many of them. I recently acquired one that I have been wanting for a very long time: Moldavite. I have heard many wonderful things about this crystal and so I just had to try it.
The only thing I didn’t like about shopping for this new crystal was the cost. I went to a rock, gem and mineral show in my area recently and they had Moldavite for sale, but wanted the price of the Moon for it. After lots of meditation and prayer I received a vision during my quiet time and I knew exactly where to go: a metaphysical shop not too far from my home. There I found 6 grams worth of Moldavite for only $65! I feel I got a really good deal, considering most sellers were charging a lot more. Continue reading
Seeking The Utopia Of Home
An old Tom Jones song, The Green, Green, Grass of Home, was playing on the radio this morning. It brought up memories of a past life regression and the country connected to that particular regression. That country never did feel like home.
I did not feel out of place for any particular reason – other than that the energy there never truly resonated with me. Or perhaps I did not resonate with it?
That particular past life regression took place some 20 years ago in Pretoria, South Africa. If I recall correctly, in that particular session we stepped into about six very different lives. The memories remain with me – as real as any recent event. Continue reading
Embrace Your Soul Family
We are all connected. We always meet up with people in our lives that are kindred spirits. We all know that feeling that comes over you; that familiarity that makes you stop in your tracks and think, “Wow I know that person from somewhere, but can’t place where I have met them.”
We haven’t met them in this incarnation, but in past lives.
We know these souls from our past, because they are in our cell memory. There is still unfinished business to be completed. That is why we are meeting up with similar souls that we have known in our past lives, be it here or in another world.
