My Dad’s Missing Slipper
After my father passed, my wife said that she could hear me talking to my dad in my sleep, both as an adult and as a child. I didn’t remember talking to my dad. Apparently I would talk about my dog when I was growing up, and I would carry on a conversation with him for a long time, as if he was standing right next to me. She said I also mentioned a teacher, Mrs. Whooton, my fifth grade teacher. In time the dreams with my dad stopped, because my wife says she no longer hears me talk to my father anymore.
My sister had asked me if I wanted any of his stuff. I already received a lot from him growing up and before his passing, so I could not really think of anything. But I remembered a pair of very nice slippers my wife and I had bought him for Christmas, shortly before he passed away. Continue reading
Discovering Prophetic Dreams At A Young Age
I have had many interesting dream experiences over the years and have witnessed how they often do reflect what is yet to come. I discovered this powerful prophetic nature of our dreams at a very young age.
One of the most memorable dreams from my childhood years involved a tornado. In this recurring dream I could hear the tornado sirens going off and I kept seeing an odd image of a piece of straw that went into a telephone. I kept seeing the time being 4:23 pm and I when I woke up, I knew that something was bad was going to happen. Every time I had the dream the tornadoes would get louder and louder.
Later, in April 1974, I was over my at my grandparents house when the tornado sirens went off. I was 12 years old and I started to freak out, because of those dreams I had been having. The sky was very dark and my grandparents had me go down into the basement for shelter. I remember my grandparents lighting a old oil lantern so we could have light. Continue reading
Recurring Dream A Sign Of Things To Come
Over the years I have had many dreams I never knew at the time was a sign of things to come. There is one particular dream I had repeatedly, and I did not realize how its message would ultimately affect members of my family.
My first real job was with my brother. He owned a painting company and he offered me a job before my summer vacation in high school.
At this time I had a dream about my brother and sister-in-law. In my dream they were in an earthquake. Living in Ohio this was unlikely, as we normally do not experience earthquakes here. In this dream I can remember the ground splitting apart and my brother was reaching out to my sister in-law’s hands, to pull her to safety. But he couldn’t bring her to safety and at that moment I always woke up. Continue reading
The Angels In Our Daily Lives
We see movies about them around Christmas time; stories about how an Angel was sent to a certain family with a message of hope. We see Angels delivering messages in works of art and we hear about them in popular holiday songs. But are they real?
I believe we do get signs and guidance from Angels, and sometimes they even save our lives. Whenever I am asked to assist with ghost hunting, I always ask for help and protection from the Angels. They have never failed me.
One cold winter morning on my way to work I was about ten miles from my exit on the highway. I was feeling ill, but my sick days had run out and I needed the money, so I had to go in. I had taken some cold medication before I left home. I was in the far right lane and was having a hard time keeping my eyes open. Continue reading
The Bridge
One of my clients once had dreams about a bridge she had never seen before, and many years later I saw the same bridge when she contacted me for a psychic reading. It turned into a very unusual reading. I brought stuff up on what I was seeing that had nothing to do with the actual reading my client originally requested.
For some reason I kept seeing cows around her? I also heard a bell in the distance. It was not a cow bell; it sounded more like an old church bell that was out of tune. And I could see heavy rain, as if a storm was ready to hit, and the wind was blowing really hard where you could not see in front of you. The Role Of Dreams In Our Lives
Dreams are a very powerful tool in our spiritual lives. I sometimes receive calls from clients concerned about their dreams. If you search in books, or on the Internet, you will find that there can be many generic interpretations of a dream. But the best way to get to the heart of the matter, is to have your unique dream interpreted by a dream interpreter or psychic reader.
When I do dream analysis I would ask the client questions about the dream, for example if it was in color or black and white. I feel that dreams come partly from the heavens, but also from what had happen to you that day. I had a dream once about a client’s voice and later that day got a call from that person – and they had something happen to them. I know that some dreams can go very deep if you’re in the last stage, when you’re sleeping. And if you have the TV on, that can affect your dream at that time. Continue reading
Finding Personal Guidance In Symbolic Dreams
There are times when our dream life seems to be super active, and yet at other times not so much. I’ve found there to be a direct correlation between how much a person ‘participates’ in their own life and how active their dreams can be. In other words, we must make our own dreams happen in this life!
There are dreams that foretell the future, and you are really lucky if you have these types of dreams. If you trust your intuition they can be especially powerful, because you can use the knowledge shown to you in such dreams to your advantage, or at least for your protection. These dreams sometimes also give the dreamer a time frame for when something is supposed to happen. Then there are dreams that are more symbolic. These dreams represent something happening in our lives, or the lives of someone close to us. They too can give you direction, but more about how to handle what is going on, or if you are moving in the right direction. Continue reading
