Nephew Kole And The Christmas Orbs Of 2012
Christmas of 2012 I took many pictures that I never really looked at afterwards while downloading them to my computer. I should have known better, because while I was taking these pictures I kept smelling tobacco smoke that reminded me of my grandfather. I later found evidence in those images that someone special was indeed around us that day.
My nephew Kole had asked me about “Great Paw-Paw”. He wanted to know what became of him? I said he was in Heaven, but Kole disagreed. “No, he is not… he is standing right next to you.” Kole was pointing to an area next to the pool table.
I asked Kole how long grandpa had been around. “I talk to him a lot… almost every day,” he said. Later, when we sat down to eat dinner, Kole asked me to get an extra chair, because “Paw-paw” needed a place to sit too. Continue reading
From Skeptic To Believer In One Night
I must have been about ten years old when I often listened to the heated arguments my parents had. One late Saturday night, during one of my ’ear to the door’ sessions, things seemed less intense. I heard what sounded like a more lighthearted disagreement. I recall my mother daring my father to go out with her one Sunday night. It was several years later until I actually found out what the ‘dare’ was all about, but it was life changing for my father. Mooney’s Mansion On Walhalla Road
In 1979, while still in high school, I had a profound paranormal encounter. At the time I was working for my brother-in-law for the summer vacation, to earn a few extra bucks. He operated a house painting service in those days.
He came up to me one day and said: “You will not believe where we are going to paint next!” To my shock and horror he revealed that we would be working at Mooney’s Mansion on Walhalla Road – one of the most notorious haunted places in Columbus, Ohio. I humbly requested to work on another project, but he refused saying he needed all his painters out there, since it was a large project.
Going down Walhalla Road again brought back many childhood memories and it still gave me the creeps. As kids we used to take a ride down the road on our bicycles to go by the old mansion. We hoped to see the ghost of old man Mooney and the place where he was supposed to hang himself off the bridge. Continue reading
Understanding Psychic Readings – The Clair Senses
The most commonly known and used ‘clair sense’ in psychic and spiritual circles is clairvoyance. This particular gift is very common in individuals that have a specific soul mission to use their psychic gift predominately for readings. A Farewell Message From My Father
My father passed away, two weeks before Christmas, five years ago. My older brother Mike was sitting next to my dad in his room at the hospice when it happened. I was three counties away at the time, but on my way there.
Mike later told us that my father suddenly sat up in his bed. His eyes were wide open, as he looked up and pointed to the ceiling. He said that the heavens were calling him and that an angel was on his way to take him away. My father then took his last breath. Continue reading
Seven Types Of Psychic Ability
In the psychic world we often refer to the seven “clairs” when discussing psychic abilities. “Clair” is French for “clear.” In the mortal, mundane world, we receive messages via text, email, or in person all the time. Ghostly Phone Calls From Grandpa
My wife’s side of the family did not really believe in the paranormal. But that changed when my wife’s grandfather passed away in 2010. After the funeral my father in-law asked me if I would help him paint grandpa’s house, before they put it up for sale.
Soon after we arrived there, my father in-law came up from the basement with a funny look on his face. I asked him what had happened and he said it smelled like sawdust downstairs. The smell was exactly the same as it used to be when his father was doing his carpentry in the basement. When we went to bed I had a hard time sleeping and I remember looking at the clock. The time was 2:30 am. When I rolled over I could see the living room light on. I thought maybe someone got up and forgot to turn the light off, so I got up and turned it off. Continue reading
