Today, there are also numerous smartphone apps designed specifically to guide meditation sessions, provide mindfulness exercises, and track progress. These apps often include features such as guided meditation sessions, timers, ambient sounds, and progress tracking.
It is like having a personal yogi in the palm of your hand! Even better, that yogi gives you instant feedback on your progress by measuring your results. The apps often have incremental steps on your journey to awakening. So not only can you feel the immediate results, but you can also advance and maintain higher meditative achievements.

The Moon entering Leo this morning starts the week with vitality, creativity and a desire to shine. We will feel imbued with confidence and assertiveness.
Embrace this energy today by expressing yourself authentically, leading with positivity and enjoying the spotlight in a balanced and constructive way.
Be aware, however, of the added emotional intensity that a Leo Moon opposition to Pluto in Aquarius can bring, as we are likely to experience emotions more strongly, with a tendency towards power struggles or confrontation, especially in personal or group dynamics.

The Divine Timing Of A Soulmate Connection
A dear client I have been reading for many years called me the other day to finally confirm what I always knew was going to happen. As much as I was not shocked or even surprised, this event “blew her mind,” as she bluntly put it.
You see, for years she had sworn up and down that she would “never, ever, ever in a million years” hear from her soulmate again, but now she has!
From my perspective, it was always just a matter of time. For years I told her not to lose faith and to hold on to the mystical love they shared because one day he would come back to her. But she kept shrugging and rolling her eyes and muttering things like “in my dreams” and “when pigs fly.” She just couldn’t accept the fact that he would one day be coming back into her life.
I must confess that while I was not surprised by this long-anticipated outcome, I was a bit intrigued by it for the simple reason that I thought for sure that her constant negative thoughts and feelings about the situation would eventually create so much energetic resistance that it would prevent her from reconnecting with him at all! But not even her constant self-sabotage and negativity could stop the turning of the wheels of destiny and divine timing. If we are meant to connect with someone who is our soulmate, it’s bound to happen one way or another, whether we trust the process or not.

This evening, a Libra Moon opposition to Venus in Aries will prolong the tension between head and heart, leaving us feeling insecure and unbalanced. Libra seeks harmony, balance and compromise, while Aries prioritizes individual needs over compromise. This opposition can create tension between the need for emotional balance and the desire for assertiveness and independence. It may not be easy to reconcile your emotions with your rational desires and needs.
There is a Full Moon in Scorpio tomorrow, which will have the greatest impact on the water and earth signs.
