Always Regain Your Karmic Composure

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comWhen we lose our composure and get very upset or angry, it is never a dealbreaker for spirit.  It is only if we completely give up and do not learn from our transgressions that our guides, angels and loved ones in spirit may raise a ‘disapproving brow.’

If we lost your cool or stepped out of line, the key is to seek out the next right thing to do make amends for our messy indiscretions. Maybe it’s picking up a lost piece of mail in the post office parking lot and placing that into the delivery bin, so that it will find its destination. Or maybe it’s feeding the homeless person who is always sitting outside your local store. Or listening with an empathetic ear to a distant relative who has suffered a lot in their life recently.

Even doing an anonymous prayer or sending healing to someone will always be welcome. Whatever your clearance path is, be sure to untie those etheric karmic cords of your recent negative emotional responses and unkind actions, and make things right!

As a spiritually aware person, I will be the first to admit that I too have my ‘moments.’ If one is still dealing with unhealed trauma, shadow work and the clearing certain energy blockages, it is inevitable that frustration, irritation and anger can happen.

Every day, when I do my Epsom salt baths, I make the best attempt I can to clear such emotional energies, but it remains a work in progress. In fact, it seems like the process will never end.

However, I received another glimmer of hope after a recent outburst. Several things happened and stuff went wrong recently in my life that caused me to overreact and lash out at a well-meaning stranger in public. To make matter worse, the incident ultimately had my inner child blaming my dearly departed mother in my mind for all my generational trauma baggage, and so on. Yup, the spiritual lady had a bit of a meltdown!

By each crime and every kindness, we birth our future ~ David Mitchell

But as soon as I had calmed down, I went out of my way to be friendly and kind to people and also went out of my way to do special favor for an elderly neighbor. Not long after, I heard the song You can’t hurry love by The Supremes playing in the grocery store. The song lyrics were clearly a message from my mom:

But mama said you can’t hurry love
No you just have to wait
She said love don’t come easy
It’s a game of give and take
You can’t hurry love
No, you just have to wait
You gotta trust, give it time
No matter how long it takes

I took that as a sign that I had passed the ‘mom-test’ from the other side. I had sufficiently regained my karmic composure and made appropriate amends. No hard feelings.

When you want to become free, your righteousness and anger are much less interesting than they used to be ~ Ram Dass

Moral of the story? Consider how your current patterns, unhealed anger and energy blockages may be holding you back. Then consider energy work for each of your respective chakras. Work on your vibration today, and you will see massive results tomorrow. And when you do get it wrong at times, always be sure to make it right as soon as you possibly can. This includes forgiving others…and yourself!

Make this your best year yet, by shifting intolerance, judgement and anger to the curb and instead embracing the blessed sure-footedness of sincere love, patience and kindness.
