The practical tests were quite challenging, even for an experienced psychic, but overall I am happy to say that it went quite well.

One of the tests required us to do a psychic reading for a stranger via video call, with the goal of perceiving details about the person at different stages of their life. In other words, we had to sense significant details about them when they were children, teenagers, in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and so on.

Before my test reading, I prepared by mentally focusing on the lady I was to read for and I did this while walking my dogs. I have found over the years that this daily time outdoors with my beloved pets is great time to receive psychic information.

It also helped that we were sent a photo of our randomly assigned subjects in advance, so I could also visualize her in my mind’s eye, which makes the process easier.

So, by the time I called her on FaceTime for the reading, I had already written down a lot of information about her younger years before the session began. For example, I had seen that she had a fairly happy childhood and even had a vision of her blowing on daisies to make a wish.

But I was also shown some unusual things, such as how she once had an infection of a hair follicle on her arm, and how her mother decided not to seek medical help, but simply treated the boil herself. As funny as this seemed to me, I have learned through trial and error over the years to always trust the information I receive.

When I told her what I had seen, she started to laugh and replied in her Australian accent, “You could certainly call it a natural treatment! My mother just dug in with a big needle and it worked. After a good sterilization it all went away.”

The rest of the reading was a breeze after that. It made me realize once again that as much as I have to energetically and spiritually put myself in the right state of mind to do a good reading, the process becomes even easier when I raise my vibration with some light-hearted humor. Emotions are a by-product of our thinking, and if I had spent time worrying about how the test reading would go, the energy would have been much heavier and denser.

Spirit loves humor. I know this because loved ones often come through in mediumship readings by sharing a funny incident that happened before they died, or one of their favorite jokes. They may even reveal how they play pranks on their family from the other side, such as hiding or moving objects, or teasing the family cat or dog.

Psychic reading is also not the only activity or pursuit in life that benefits from raising one’s vibration. We all perform better when we raise our vibration before giving a speech, taking an exam, playing a game, or going on a date.

There are many ways to raise our vibration, such as shifting our focus to positivity and gratitude; engaging in meditation, prayer, chanting, or mindfulness practices; connecting with nature; repeating positive affirmations; listening to inspirational music with binaural beats; practicing energy clearing and grounding techniques; setting intentions; and so on.

However, nothing beats a little humor and laughter!

Fun Ways To Raise Your Vibration

Genuine, heartfelt laughter is a powerful tool for increasing positivity and raising our vibration. Here are some effective ways to incorporate humor and fun into your life to raise your vibration and improve your performance in challenging tasks:

Watch Comedy Shows or Stand-Up: Make time to watch comedy specials, sitcoms, or funny movies that resonate with your sense of humor. Comedy-induced laughter releases endorphins (feel-good hormones) and instantly improves your mood.

Share jokes and funny stories: Connect with friends, family, or colleagues by sharing jokes and funny stories. Laughter is contagious, and sharing humor with others can create positive social interactions and strengthen relationships.

Attend comedy events: Attend live comedy shows or events in your community. The lively atmosphere and shared laughter with a live audience can be incredibly uplifting.

Read funny books or comics: Explore funny books, comics, or online content that makes you laugh. Light-hearted reading can provide a welcome break and lift your spirits.

Practice laughter yoga: Participate in laughter yoga sessions or classes. Laughter yoga combines laughter exercises with deep breathing techniques and can help release tension and promote a sense of joy.

Embrace playfulness: Adopt a playful attitude in your daily activities. Allow yourself to be spontaneous, playful, and find humor in everyday situations.

Practice lightness and letting go: Cultivate a sense of lightness by not taking yourself too seriously. Let go of perfectionism and embrace the imperfections and quirks that make life funny.

Incorporate these strategies into your daily life to experience the transformative effects of humor and laughter on your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Last but not least. Never underestimate the power of your thoughts When we think, we generate a myriad of thoughts. These very thoughts create a vibrational frequency within us that translates into emotions. And so our own unique vibrational frequency will vary at different times depending on the thoughts we have generated.

We can project a negative or positive frequency (often called a vibe) to the outside world. Our bodies react strongly to our thoughts. A simple example is how anxious thoughts can cause our muscles to tense and our heart to race, or how we blush when we feel embarrassed.

It makes sense, then, that in order to attract the person, people, or circumstances we desire into our world, we should make it a priority to be mindful of our thoughts and, if they are predominantly negative, to strive to change them into positive, loving, creative, and happy ones whenever possible.

Writing this has made me even more aware of how, as a psychic counselor, I can help guide my clients to raise their vibrational frequency so that they experience not only joy, but inner peace, strength and personal power to manifest their desires when their vibes are positive.
