Free Yourself From Negative Energy
We shape our lives with both positive and negative energy. The good vibes bring us abundance, joy and fulfillment, and inspire us to strive for higher goals. The bad vibes bring us lack, fear, stress, frustration, disappointment, and sadness.
It is our nature to strive only for joy and happiness, but this is not always the case. We can even choose to live a very quiet, simple life and not rattle any cages and still face adversity and unwanted bad times.
The main reason for this is that our journey in this life is not meant to be perfect and easy all the time. Our souls crave some bad times as well, for this is what brings us spiritual growth and evolves our soul!
However, while the duality of good and bad is a fact of life, some of us also endure much more than our fair share of hardship and suffering. Again, this may be because we chose a more difficult or challenging path as part of our original soul plan.
But it is also true that some of us simply struggle and suffer more because of our own free will choices and the unpleasant reality we choose to create for ourselves. Fortunately, with a little personal responsibility and increased self-awareness, we can also change this scenario from bad to good.
The way to do this is to reduce the unwanted negative energy in our lives and instead surround ourselves with more positive energy, even when things look bleak or impossible. We all have the talent and ability within us to do this. Many of us are much more spiritually powerful and competent than we realize.

What Is Negative Energy?
So what exactly is negative energy, and how does it wreak such havoc in our lives? Of course, we cannot see negative energy, but we can certainly see evidence of it in our lives.
In esoteric and spiritual traditions, the concept that we are all energy has profound meaning. It means that our physical form is merely a manifestation of an underlying energy field. This energy field connects us to the vast universal energy field that permeates all of existence and to each other on a fundamental level.
The fact that we are all energetic beings in human form has many practical implications for our daily lives, because our consciousness (including our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes, and mindsets) are all energy vibrations that we create and send out into the world. These energies resonate with the universal energy field and attract or manifest similar experiences into our lives.
It is our choice what kind of energies we send out, positive or negative, good or bad. Whatever we send out will return to us as people, events, circumstances and experiences of a similar energy vibration. Like attracts like.
Negative energy is a lower vibrational force that attracts and manifests experiences of a similar lower vibration and therefore can have a detrimental effect on us and our life journey. Any negativity we think, feel or experience is essentially the cause or effect of negative energy, because negativity is a self-fulfilling loop that manifests in our reality and life experiences in the following ways:
Negative or toxic thoughts, such as self-destructive outlooks, false beliefs, self-limiting assumptions, fatalistic ideas, distortions of the truth, overgeneralization, all-or-nothing thinking, personalization (thinking everything is your fault), catastrophizing, and so on.
Negative or toxic emotions, such as excessive or uncontrolled anger, irrational fear, extreme guilt, excessive shame, prolonged sadness, unwarranted envy and jealousy, extreme bitterness, and so on. Some negative emotions from time to time are a natural part of our soul journey in this lifetime. However, when negative emotions become excessive or prolonged, or are the result of toxic thinking, they no longer serve our personal and spiritual growth.
Negative experiences and toxic situations, including unhealthy relationships, bad friendships, failure to achieve our goals, financial problems, health problems, toxic work environments, blockages in creativity and personal growth, and so on. The negative energy we send out into the world attracts and manifests all kinds of negative events, unwanted outcomes and toxic circumstances in our lives.
All of these things draw on our negative spiritual energy and then creates more of the same. Allowing this kind of energy to dominate your life has a detrimental effect on your happiness, well-being and quality of life.

In order to counteract and even eliminate the effects of negative energy and cultivate a more positive and fulfilling life, we must raise our vibration from the low vibrational frequencies of negativity to a higher, more positive state of energy.
