Astrology Forecast July 25 – 31, 2022
If you have a busy schedule at work this week, brace yourself for a challenging few days ahead. The Moon wades through Cancer today until Wednesday, leaving us with a preference for rest and relaxation at home, instead of drive and ambition, which is not ideal energy for the first three days of a demanding work week.
However, if you are fortunate to be spending time at home this week, use this restorative lunar energy to revitalize your soul and recharge your body and mind.
Tomorrow morning the Cancer Moon square Jupiter in Aries will further increase our sense of laziness and wanting to chill out. Until Thursday, we may therefore have to dig deep to persevere, stay on track, and get stuff done.
By tomorrow afternoon, the situation may degenerate even further when Mercury in Leo squares Mars in Taurus. This energy may cause our sense of laziness and procrastination to turn into hypersensitivity to criticism, sarcasm, intolerance, and even aggressive behaviour. If you find yourself spiralling, take some time out and gather your emotions…before you do or say something you might later regret.
Come Thursday, the Leo New Moon will set the stage for active change and restore our vision for the future. Jupiter will also turn retrograde on this day, traveling backward until the end of November. Jupiter Retrograde is an opportunity to step back and consider what we want to manifest in our lives, as well as pointing out where we may need to change direction, or how to focus on achieving what we want. During this phase, there will be a lot of shifts and changes in our perception, as well as our thinking. It can help us separate our ‘wants’ and ‘needs’ from our ‘desires.’
We will close out the week under a Taurus Moon, which encourages physical activity and a reality check as we evaluate our surroundings and clear out clutter to make way for a new cycle of attainment. Translation: out with the old, in with the new.
Astrology Forecast July 11 – 17, 2022
Today should turn out to be an easy-going day, and though we may not get much done under the Sagittarius Moon, a sense of rebalancing and renewal will surround us.
But caution is advised in domestic affairs this evening, as two aspects may cause some emotional upheaval at home. The Sagittarius Moon opposition with Venus in Gemini can lead to unbridled passion and overreactive feelings, while the Sagittarius Moon square Neptune in Pisces may further cause us to be hypersensitive, anxious, even neurotic. Make every effort to set the scene for a calm, tranquil evening and leave unresolved work issues at the office. Tomorrow is another day.
Tuesday’s Capricorn Moon will get us back on track with obligations, and as it waxes full on Wednesday, we’re sure to get a lot of things on our list completed. We will feel especially fired up around midday tomorrow, when a Capricorn Moon trine Mars in Taurus will infuse us with resourcefulness, determination and practical action. Wednesday morning the Capricorn Moon trine Uranus in Taurus will add an additional flair of focus, persuasiveness, optimism, and new solutions to old problems.
Brainstorming and interactive discussions will futher improve our productivity under Thursday and Friday’s Aquarius Moon, and we may even be inspired to join a discussion or group to share our ideas with the world at large.
A peaceful weekend awaits as the Sun drifts through Pisces, punctuated by Venus’ entry into Cancer on Sunday. This could be the perfect weekend to get out and find some new items for your home, practice a little feng shui or clear out clutter to restore and refresh your surroundings.
Astrology Forecast July 4 – 10, 2022
Today and tomorrow’s Virgo Moon is ideal for tackling projects and jobs that have been hitting glitches the last few weeks, as astrological influences have cleared and it’s now smooth sailing ahead.
The Cancer Sun sextile the Virgo Moon may however put a passivity damper on our work ethic this morning, but while we are gearing up to get things done later, it might be a good idea to tap into the heightened capacity for rational thinking this aspect also offers. Use this energy to lead with your head, not your heart, and at least get a plan of action together in the meantime.
Balance will be the theme as the Moon glides through Libra on Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday afternoon the Libra Moon trine Saturn in Aquarius will create an ideal opportunity for successful business meetings and marketing presentations, especially in dealing with powerful, respected clients.
Sunday’s Sagittarius Moon will remind us to stop and have a little fun, as we’ve all been working way too hard!
Astrology Forecast June 27 – July 3, 2022
Exploring new options will be the overriding theme under today’s Gemini Moon, as we’ll want to expand our curiosity and natural affinity for alternate ideas to what we have already. But carefully consider hitting that ‘buy now’ button today, as a better deal could come along in just a few more days!
This evening’s Gemini Moon sextile Mars in Aries creates the ideal ambience for a romantic date night. What better excuse to spoil that special person in your life! You may also have a craving for spicy food, so take your partner or spouse to a Mexican, Thai or Indian restaurant.
The Cancer New Moon occurs tomorrow, while Neptune goes retrograde for a five-month period. These two aspects can further generate new ideas and options, so keep your eyes and ears open. Beware tomorrow night’s Cancer Sun square Jupiter in Aries, as this aspect is known for tempting us to indulge in hedonistic pursuits that might leave you hungover and bloated from all the late night partying. Play it safe, and go to be early tomorrow night, instead of joining friends at that trendy new bar or nightclub. You will thank me in the morning!
Things should flow along smoothly under Wednesday and Thursday’s Cancer Moon, but if you find yourself moving in circles or unable to tackle a project, you can also blame it on this watery sign.
Our energy will resurface on Friday and Saturday as a fiery Leo Moon inspires action and more action.
Save Sunday for investigating details, organizing that closet that got out of hand, or mapping out a new plan of action under the detail-oriented Virgo Moon.
Astrology Forecast May 23 – 29, 2022
The Moon will travel through Pisces today and tomorrow, making it difficult to get anything tangible done, so if you find yourself fighting windmills and nothing seems to move, just bide your time until Wednesday.
Today and tomorrow’s Gemini Sun sextile Jupiter in Aries is an ideal aspect to ensure our week gets off to a fantastic start with a sense of vigor and vitality, and heightened success and luck in professional and social matters. The Pisces Moon sextile Uranus in Taurus this afternoon will further enhance these energies by increasing our levels of attention, determination and persuasiveness and our ability to be inventive.
Mars and Venus make sign changes this week, both moving into signs they rule, Aries and Taurus respectively.
Mars will move into Aries tomorrow, pulling out of ethereal Pisces and into high energy and action mode. For the next six weeks, we’ll have the power to make things happen! This assertive planet and creative sign combination will allow us to move confidently into new adventures and enterprises.
Venus will move into Taurus on Saturday, casting a more comfortable and joyful tone around our movements and perspectives for the next four weeks.
Once the Moon goes into Aries on Wednesday and Thursday and then moves into Taurus Friday and Saturday, we’ll be able to accomplish twice what’s on our lists and experience tangible progress.
Sunday’s Gemini Moon will bring out our social sides, whether we’re immersed in social media activities or out meeting friends for a long-overdue visit.
Astrology Forecast April 25 – May 1, 2022
The major event in the heavens this week occurs on Saturday when the Taurus New Moon and Solar Eclipse sets the stage for a shift in focus, energy and direction over the next six months. This is the first of two eclipses in as many weeks, the next one occurring on May 16th. As we examine our lives for the next two weeks, we’ll be better prepared to make changes once the second eclipse occurs in May.
With an ethereal Pisces Moon overhead today and tomorrow, we should avoid making any hard and fast decisions, as information is cloudy and doubts tend to hold us back. That’s not a bad thing, it’s just the Universe protecting us from moving in the wrong direction!
This evening the Pisces Moon conjunction Mars in Pisces may cause us to be irritable and egotistic. Relationship tension and conflict is also more likely.
Clarity returns on Wednesday as the Moon charges into Aries and doubts fade away. We’ll be inspired to take action and more action, especially when Mercury moves into Gemini and Pluto turns retrograde on Friday.
Gemini is one of two signs Mercury rules (Virgo being the other one) and so our thoughts and mental prowess will pick up full power under this influence. Our thoughts may pop up faster than we can speak them as new ideas and inspirations bubble to the surface for the next few weeks.
Pluto’s shift to retrograde motion may be almost indiscernible, as it’s more a generational influencer than a personal planet. However, as it retrogrades for the next five months, we may see improvements in global concerns, such as climate change.
Astrology Forecast April 11 – 17, 2022
Two important astrological events mark this week. Mars is moving into the spiritually-based sign of Pisces and the Moon will wax full in Libra.
With Mars traveling through Pisces for the next six weeks, we’ll be prone to following our intuition over the facts, as well as making decisions that are at times unsupported by logic or reason. That’s okay though, as bowing to the spiritual urges and acting on them is sure to take us where we want to go during this cycle.
We’ll be under the influence of the waxing Full Moon this entire week. This aspect is famous for surprising us in the area of relationships. Do not be surprised if you get an unexpected text or call from someone from your past, or meeting someone new who seems so familiar you are sure you know them from a past life!
If there are any areas of our life that are currently out of balance, this Full Moon is sure to point them out so we can correct course and reclaim our equilibrium.
Today, the Moon will cruise through Leo and offer a fairly easy going day. No matter how well today goes for you, we can look forward to a heightened sense of happiness and harmony with our partner, loved ones and family this evening under the Leo Moon’s trine with the Sun in Aries.
When the Moon moves into Virgo tomorrow we’ll spend the next three days thinking, researching and expressing our ideas and thoughts with abandon. We’ll need to take care though, as not all people agree with or appreciate our opinions, so assess your audience before waxing eloquent.
The Moon moves into calming Libra on Friday and waxes full on Saturday, making for a calm and peaceful weekend.
