Astrology Forecast May 29 – June 4, 2023
Joyful harmony is the theme at the start of this week, as the Moon glides through Libra today and tomorrow.
A Libra Moon tends to create an effervescent, affectionate mood. Today is a good day to make new friends, and romantically whisper sweet nothings to that someone special. Also, the Libra Moon sextile with Mars in Leo offers the perfect opportunity this evening to spend some quality time with your beloved.
However, be sure to keep your cool Wednesday morning when the Libra Moon squares with Venus in Cancer, as disagreements and arguments are more likely, especially with the women in your life.
The remainder of the week unfolds under a more intense, ambitious Scorpio Moon. Focus, drive, and progress will be the dominant themes Wednesday through Friday. By harnessing this determined energy boost we are likely to get twice as much accomplished as we had planned.
The Moon waxes full in Sagittarius on Saturday, which could bring surprising people into your midst. This Full Moon could have us crossing paths with exes, people we went to grade school with, or even strangers with whom we share a past life connection.
If someone comes up in your thoughts out of the blue, do a search on social media to see if you can find them (assuming you want to find them.) But be careful if an ex shows up this weekend, asking for a second chance. Your answer should be a decisive no, but do relish in the ego trip of knowing they finally realize your worth!
Finally, if you’re still flying solo, this is a great weekend to venture out to the social scenes or check out dating sites. Swipe left? Swipe right? Take a chance, as anything is possible under this lovely Sagittarius Full Moon!
Astrology Forecast May 15 – 21, 2023
Get ready to rock and roll this week, as several important astrological shifts take place and reset the tone for the next few months.
Today’s Aries Moon offers a perfect start to a successful work week by boosting our energy levels and assertiveness. We feel mentally sharp and confident today to take on even the most difficult challenges. The Aries Moon sextile with Pluto in Aquarius this morning will add fuel to the fire with a heightened sense of adventure and fearless risk-taking!
The sign of Taurus takes center stage this week, starting with Jupiter’s move into the sign of the bull on Tuesday, which will inspire us with a more grounded and ambitious focus for the next few years.
The Moon enters Taurus on Wednesday for the remainder of the work week, culminating in a Taurus New Moon on Friday. New Moons signal a two-week cycle of fresh starts and new beginnings, so this is the ideal time to take all those brilliant ideas you’ve been pondering and start putting them into action.
Mars will move into the vibrant sign of Leo on Friday and spend the next two months encouraging us to shine brightly in the world. Mars thrives in fire signs, and Leo is no exception. It’s a good time to share more of your gifts and talents with the world! And if you haven’t been tooting your own horn lately, the Sun will dance into Gemini on Sunday and encourage you to broadcast your brilliance out to the world for the next four weeks.
Empower Yourself With Astrological Intention
Astrology is to me like a metaphysical best friend. It is a way to reflect in the mirror and expand my personal growth. By applying it daily over the past decade my life has become more mindful, and miraculous. I’ve also noticed that challenging astrological aspects, such as squares and oppositions, have become easier for me to deal with.
An astrological square is considered one of the more adverse aspects in a chart. This placement is when two planets are separated by three zodiac signs and therefore positioned at a 90-degree angle in the chart at the time of birth. This creates competing tension between the energies of these two planets which neither can win, forcing them to compromise and somehow meet each other halfway.
An astrological opposition is another extremely challenging aspect in a chart. This placement happens when two planets are exactly opposite each other in the zodiac at 180 degrees apart. This means these two planets are in opposing signs and as far apart as they can possibly be on the astrological wheel. Their unique energies are therefore polar opposite, causing conflict, drama, and power clashes.
I keep track of these events in my chart because I incorporate daily astrological intentions in my life as part of my spiritual routine. My practice is to map out each day’s relevant transits and to then meditate on the significant aspects. I also pray for assistance where needed, such as with the significant squares and oppositions in my daily chart. Then, I go about my day.
Astrology Forecast April 3 – 9, 2023
The way to get through this week without getting ‘wounded in combat’ is to choose your battles very wisely. In fact, it may be best to sit on the sidelines and let everyone else duke it out over the next few days! Taking things in our stride, biding our time, and holding fast to the ultimate goal, will help us to maneuver the ups and downs of the week.
We can set a cautious tone for the week by keeping our ego in check today under an idealistic Virgo Moon, as well as the inflexible attitude of Mercury in Taurus. These aspects may have us thinking our ideas and opinions are the best and cause us to dig our heels in, and perhaps we are correct, but striving for teamwork, being more flexible, and considering the needs and sensitivities of others will serve us best this week.
Grace, harmony and self-awareness will be a little easier to maintain once the Moon moves into Libra tomorrow, where it remain until it waxes full on Thursday. But watch your step Wednesday morning under the Libra Moon square with Mars in Cancer, as this aspect is known for causing people to be more easily triggered, impulsive, and even argumentative.
The Libra Full Moon on Thursday may continue to have us feeling moody, irritable and restless. It will however also entice us to let go of our preconceived ideas entirely once it peaks and a new and better dream emerges under Friday and Saturday’s Scorpio Moon.
Things may however be heating up again by Sunday. Watch out for more assertive energy, as the Sagittarius Moon will combine forces with the Aries Sun to bring out the aggressive, stubborn qualities in people.
Astrology Forecast March 20 – 26, 2023
Expect a busy week. This week will be a decisive, inspired, action-oriented time that will feel like the actual beginning of the New Year for many of us. If you have been procrastinating with your goals for 2023, or been putting off making important life decisions, this week’s planetary energies are bound to change that!
The hustle and bustle begins with today being very special date for astrologers and metaphysicians everywhere, as we are celebrating International Astrology Day! This special holiday is observed every year on the day of the Spring Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere (Autumn Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere). No matter where you are in the world, the length of day and night is equal today. The Spring Equinox also marks the beginning of a new astrological year, because the Sun moves into Aries today to mark the beginning of the Tropical Zodiac year.
The Aries Sun will revive us on many levels this week, as we cast off the pessimism, overthinking, indecision, and sometimes lazy vibes of Pisces, to enter a cycle of fiery creativity, passion, inspiration, and assertive action. The next four weeks can prove very fruitful and exciting for those who confidently embrace the energies of the new zodac year. Aries is high energy, upfront, and fast-paced, so make the most of this energy to propel yourself into new adventures.
To add to the excitement, tomorrow’s Aries New Moon will add further fuel to the fire to inspire fresh starts, clean slates, and new beginnings. This New Moon is the perfect time to set intentions for the rest of the year.
Astrology Forecast March 13 – 19, 2023
This week’s cosmic energies are likely to intensify our workload and stress levels, and we will probably be running on all cylinders until the weekend. So, staying focused and keeping our noses to the grindstone will be the most sensible way forward.
The Sagittarius Moon will at least help to keep us balanced as we sort through the piles of obligations awaiting us today and tomorrow, and a Capricorn Moon will supplement the productive energy we need to get through Wednesday and Thursday.
The Sagittarius Half Moon could cause major family disagreement and drama tomorrow night. This will be even more so due to its square with Neptune in Pisces, which can cause us to be hypersensitive and out of touch with reality, as well as its opposition with Mars in Gemini, which tends to make us hasty, hostile, and even aggressive. Things could indeed get really nasty. So, make a conscious effort to think twice before you overreact, and avoid conflict at all cost. It fact, it may be wise to go to bed early tomorrow night!
Venus will return to domal dignity when it enters Taurus on Wednesday, helping us reorder our priorities before moving forward.
There’ll be a lot of brainstorming and information to sort through under Friday’s Aquarius Moon, so share your ideas and do some thourough research.
Mercury will move into Aries on Saturday, sparking creative and innovative ideas for us to consider, but since it’s the weekend do not neglect your work-life balance. Instead fo working, the main activity should be socializing, catching up with friends, and updating your social media feeds and digital devices to make them more current.
Then, take a breather on Sunday as the Moon drifts through Pisces and allows us to step back from all the demands that have cluttered our week.
Astrology Forecast February 27 – March 5, 2023
Today and tomorrow is a great time for important conversations and implementing dynamic ideas as the Moon speeds through Gemini, accelerating our intellect and negotiation skills. Brainstorming and working with a team will ensure the most productive outcomes. It is also an opportune time to get things off your chest, or share your feelings more openly to create better understanding in your work and personal relationships.
However, keep your attitude and temper in check tonight, as the Gemini Moon’s conjunction with Mars may cause us to be impatient, irritable, and even aggressive. Also, refrain from arrogant rhetoric, boasting about yourself, and participating in gossip, as this lunar aspect can tempt even the most sweet-tempered ‘pollyanna’ into acting like a high school ‘mean girl.’
Once the Moon moves into Cancer on Wednesday, followed by Mercury’s shift into Pisces on Thursday, things will seem to stall and could get a bit blurry. Mercury doesn’t sit very well in water signs and when it is in Pisces we tend to feel torn between heart and mind, so practice extra caution with your words and actions.
Thursday’s evening Cancer Moon trine with Neptune in Pisces offers a lovely opportunity for artistic expression and spiritual practice. It will be a wonderful time for creating art, composing music, meditation, journaling, or reading tarot cards.
The remainder of the week will glow more brightly under the Leo Moon, and though we may not get much done, we’ll celebrate the wonder of our lives on a deeper soul level.
