How To Crystal Gaze
Many people are familiar with the popular culture idea of using a crystal ball for divination purposes, also known as the art of “scrying”. The truth is, this is an ancient art, and it’s not just about seeing the future! With some practice, anyone can use this unique and fascinating tool to gain insight into his or her life.
The first thing needed is the crystal itself. Clear quartz is a good choice for someone new to the art. As with any magical tool, use your instincts to select one that is right for you. A small one, no bigger than five inches in diameter, will work fine. Be sure to cleanse your crystal and smudge it of any negative energies before use. This will give you better results. A Homecoming To Ghosts Of The Past
After my mother passed away, my father re-married and moved away. Soon after I received a call from the people who bought the old house from my dad. They told me that they got my number from the neighbors and they wondered if I could help them with the otherworldly activity that was going on in that house. They had heard that I used to experience the paranormal presence there too. They did not know who else to turn to.
I agreed to come and see them, and when I finally pulled up in the driveway all the feelings from the past, of all the hauntings that I had experienced there, hit me quite hard. I knew once I walked in that door it was still going to feel the same. Continue reading
Ghostly Encounter At My First School
My fascination with the paranormal created quite a bit of mayhem when I started school. I was going to the same school where my sister and older brothers went before me. I had one older brother who still went to the same school at the time, and he kind made a point of it that when I saw him at school I was not to bother him. My brother was also the one who told me about the old annex building at school being haunted. The annex building used to be the original school house for one of the first schools in Columbus, Ohio.
I remember meeting my teacher on the first day and she seemed pretty nice. It made me feel better about the ghost stories my older brother told me. I was not keen to go to school at first. Get To Know Your Gatekeeper
When I was a little boy, my mother used to tell me that I needed to get to know my gatekeeper. I was already praying to God, but she wanted me to be more aware.
She would sit me down and explain that God was overseeing everything in the Universe and that everyone was given assignments to fulfill, from the Guardian Angels all the way down to humans. And God has assigned to each of us a gatekeeper.
At the time I didn’t understand all that much, or even cared to be honest. But throughout my life’s journey I have learned not only more about myself and my mission in this lifetime, but I have also come to understand how important it is to be connected to a higher consciousness. Continue reading
Avoid Those Who Drain Your Energy
A man I spoke to recently told me he’d opted to be a loner, because people always wanted something from him. “People either want money from me, or they want to bend my ear with their problems,” he said.
I’ve noticed a significant increase in customers asking me lately just how they can go about protecting their energy fields. This tells me that individuals are becoming very aware of how they are being affected by others, who bring negativity into their home or work environment. They come home from work, not exhausted from labor, but from what is often called a “toxic work environment”. Seeing Clearly By Way Of Faith
Most of us face a roller-coaster life. We have our ups and downs, our trials and tribulations. We sometimes feel tempted to say things we shouldn’t, and we are sometimes unable to put that chocolate chip cookie down when we know we should.
We live in a world where there are temptations all around us. That little voice in our head tells us to do it, when our intuition says it would hurt us. We are sometimes left conflicted and double-minded.
But when we have faith we act and speak wisely. Faith helps us to choose the path of wisdom and it instills insight. When we choose to think negatively, and turn away from faith, that is when obstacles enter into our life. Continue reading
