The Evolution Of Your Metron

With the rapid expansion of digital communication technology we are increasingly coming into an evolutionary shift of consciousness as it relates to relationships between individuals in the human family.

Let’s first look at social and spiritual structures in relationships. I would like to resurrect for the purpose the Greek word metron (μέτρον). Metron is a unit of measure that we can use to explain our sphere of influence, and also the spiritual gifts and styles that we use to influence this sphere.

Many of us have a limited metron, and consistently manifest together with the same grouping of souls on the planet. We each have a family structure that is related to soul agreements before incarnating on the planet. This is why we sometimes meet a person and have the feeling that we have known them our whole lives. What is happening is that our souls are united in the same metron.

We are all inter-connected with one another. Think of it this way: we have the Earth making up one bustling metron of consciousness, or a single metron with many parts. Then we have our solar system making up a greater metron; then the galaxy encompassing the metron units on an even greater scale; next the universe; then the multiverse; and who knows what else is out there compiling greater and greater complexity together.

Our spiritual or soul experience is very similar. We have a small group of people making up our metron, and then we have societal and social structures that increase this metron moving out to a greater and greater expansive experience, until we have the cosmic or universal consciousness.

Doing readings for clients all over the world, I have noticed that our metrons are now evolving at a very rapid rate. Our consciousness of the world and the human family is rapidly increasing. We are also noticing a revival of interaction with ultra-terrestrials (spirit guides and angels). I say revival simply because this is not a new trend, but rather a trend that is being revisited after much of the human population turned to logic and technology for the answers to life’s hard questions.

Once again a new world view is arising. This idea is the culmination of all human history. It holds the promise of fulfilling the great aspirations of the past and heralds the advent of the next phase of our evolution. It is the idea of conscious evolution ~ Barbara Marx Hubbard

We can see this evolutionary trend manifested in our technologies. Online social networks are starting to have greater and greater influence in our everyday lives. This technology is a blueprint of what is happening on a deeper soul level on our planet.

It is important to understand that with every evolutionary phase there is resistance. In fact, you cannot have proper evolution without some kind of resistance, since it is an imperative quality in both micro and macro evolutionary processes.

So what is the ultimate goal? Your guess is as good as mine.  The wonderful thing about the Divine influence in our evolutionary processes is that there is an intrinsic mystery related to such processes, but as the evolutionary wave is coming we can catch the wave, or wait for another. The benefits of foreknowledge is that we can prepare ourselves for what is ahead.

My exhortation to you is to adopt two qualities in life. I encourage you to do your best in seeking these two things in every endeavor. The first and most important thing is love. This is a vital energy that transcends all energy and is the purest manifestation of healing energy.

The second is truth. This is not an encouragement to seek some esoteric understanding through religious practice. These practices can be beneficial, so I am also not discouraging you from seeking deeper understanding with those methodologies. My intention for encouraging you to seek the truth is related to your inward journey and finding your personal truth.

Many voices are joining the chorus, many feet are walking the path, many minds are dreaming possibilities for a magnificent future. Our personal truth is one of the most elusive attributes of our personality for two reasons. First, our socialization conditions us into adopting various truths for various circumstances. This means that our expressions and interpretations of reality can change from circumstance to circumstance depending on our environment and the people around us.

The second quandary is that our beliefs are forever changing and evolving. This is actually a good thing, since we become stagnant when we stop moving. You do not have to spend hours in meditation, although from my experience this will expedite the process.

My suggestion to you is to observe yourself in your life circumstances. This presence and awareness will from time to time aid you in finding the truth that is at the core of your being. There is really no way for us to completely live out of the expansive nature of our higher self, but as a challenge I would like to encourage you to begin to acquaint your space-time self with your higher dimensional self, to prepare for your continued evolutionary soul journey.

Now, back to love. To the best of your ability do not let anything keep you from your search for and expression of love. Not even your search for truth, because there is no higher truth than love, whether it is manifested in loving yourself, loving your neighbor, or loving your enemy.
